I've been using the app on two clothing stores for over a year now. It does everything we need and more. I've recommended the app to Facebook Shopify users on several occasions. It's definitely worth the investment, its way better than trying to do workarounds for free on your product pages. The main piece of advice I have for new users is to remember to remove the ability to order when out of stock, I've forgotten on several occasions resulting in not having the requested products to send. The new features added recently eg partial payment are excellent. We've just started working with it but I reckon it will increase conversions. Overall I'm very happy to recommend the app, I can't fault it in any way.

The app works great, but the real selling point is the support! Fast, clear, and helpful every time. Update: We ran into a small hiccup setting up new products, but Raymond replied quickly to our chat and things were cleared up in 15 minutes. Follow-up Oct 2022: We had a minor issue come up, Amandeep fixed it fast!

Generally this app works well for me, I've sold a lot of products through pre-order now. Occasionally the products don't update as they should initially, but customer service are always very helpful and resolve the issue quickly for me. But would be better if it just worked first time as my time is very limited.

I used this app to 1. allow customers to pre-order products that require time to prepare 2. allow customers to be notified when an item is out of stock 3. would like to be able to have more choices in which group of products to allow back in stock alerts (e.g. some seasonal items which will never be available again can have notifications disabled). I had some help with the setup but the online chat with Josh made things so easy, he settled everything for me within the hour. Much appreciated!

So once the notification addition came out my company wanted to utilize it. We spend a lot of time on our own trying to get it to work but couldn't (so if anything that's a downside) I then talked to customer support and Jorge w as incredible. This man is so patient throughout the whole process walking me through things multiple times over multiple days. I would leave the conversation midway through some days to take care of work fires, but when i came back Jorge was there ready to pick back up where we left off. Jorge gets 10/5 stars he's that amazing.
