very good app. I would highly recommend anyone with a website to get this app to learn about there customers. I paticulay enjoyed watching customers buying habbits and which products sold together.

This is a great way to study your page. I do not like how there is a limit to how much traffic is recorded.. regardless, still a useful tool

This app shows an actual recorded (anonymized) sessions as the website visitor navigated it. Lots of insight to be gain from that type of data. Super easy to install and use, simple dashboard. And...FREE. Love it. I would pay for it. Good job! As a small business owner, tools like this have a big impact on spending and risk management decisions.

We have been using the app for about a month and give us good information to make changes to improve the performance of the website.

for a free app this is amazing, love the fact that I can see what the customer sees and I can find the weak points of our site. Do wish they had a paid version for more than 10k sessions in a month.

Great app! It is very hulpfull, you can see what the visitors saw on your website and on which pages they click on to visit to see more of your store. Everybody should add this app it will improve your sales + it is even free

Best app for session recording...

Very good app. Simple user interface and easy to use. The only downside is I have an email marketing app which has a live view for website visitors, not as detailed though. If I check a customer's activity on Better Replay, it will show on the email marketing app as the same customer visits my website again. Will recommend though. A customer's POV is very useful, definitely would recommend this app, useful for adjusting your website and better understanding your customer base/their interaction with you.
