Amazing recordings I love the app and it records all the heatmaps basically! IT was easy to set up too

The app is good and can record but the videos do no appear instantly after someone visits your store. Having quicker access to the videos faster can help me make adjustments to my ads or store which could result in more sales and less money spent on non converting ads.

Amazing idea and very innovational. What would ruin this would be if it stopped being free for entrepreneurs.

This app is very useful for enabling me to see the activity within my store. It allows me to consider where improvements might need to be made.

So far so good, I like it! Very easy to get started and gives me the information that we were looking for.

Great app to see how the customer interact with your site to help you improve it next time Help me to spot some error on my site and was able to resolve it for the next customer Would be more helpful if it can have the option to ignore certain IP (the owner) and also the option to ignore event (by time for example - session that is less than 1 min, etc)

High quality app to see exactly what my customers may have mossed and to try to get them to return and make them buyers.

Very useful. Don't waste your money on expensive tracking systems, just do it yourself. You can just "spy" on your customers and find out what keeps them from buying. I don't have anything to complain (except for that the app is getting shut down because of maintenance work, but no worries) Free App, one of my favourites!
