So far this is a great app, I would highly recommend this app to other ecom stores that need to monitor their stores to see common trends on their site.

One of the best apps I've ever come across. I would watch my live views as they happened just on the dashboard, but I found them relatively unhelpful. Enter Better Replay, and I can now see where shoppers are going, and what's causing them to leave, I'm able to quickly rectify product listings that may seem vague or change my navigation if it's not redirecting correctly. Fab!!

I like it. You can actually see the process of the customer. It helps us to see where they get stuck. So far pretty good!
