This app does what it's supposed to. I'm surprised it's free and I'm happy it is. This application is so powerful if you know how to use it, the session recording is a huge insight and advantage by being able to understand how your visitors think and feel on your store, and also catching problems before they haunt you. Highly recommend, plus it's fun to use :)

Good to spy clients. Very interesting But i don't think the locations are all true. And the free mode doesn't give enough informations

It helps to see your custumer expirience, sometimes the video cuts before, its sometimes slow. Its a good app

Great useful application. Perfect to help you get inside of your customers heads. Has helpful features like skipping past idle time so you don't waste any time looking at somebody's screen while they aren't doing anything.

App works. Just installed it and it started recording right away. I can't believe this app is free. With so many apps charging even the ones that aren't as useful I'm grateful to have a free app to help me improve my store. Currently I'm getting traffic but no sales. hopefully this will help me figure things out. I needed to come back after my first full day of using this app and I must say WOA!!! What a difference and an eye opener this was for me. This is by far the most useful app I have installed because it helps me to improve on the hours and hours of time I've spent slaving over my store and wondering why I wasn't getting any sales. There was no analytics that could help me figure this out. Immediately after making a few tweaks to what I saw in replay I began getting ad to carts. No sale yet, but today is just day one. Thank you developer for making this app! I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS FREE!!!

Great, easy to handle app. I love the free feature, I can try it before Actually buy. Super interesting to see what people actually do on the site.

It is helpfull to see the session in time, to know how customer is surfing in my shop.. hope that s help me to make more sales

I really liked the app. It records customers session on your store which is very helpful in deciding what product appeals to the customer. It sometimes does not record some frame. Overall it is great.

It's really amazing to use Better Replay. You can understand how user surfing your website, which products they are looking. It's really helpful to increase understanding of your most loved product.

Good app developer fixed all my issues and it works fine. Would be nice if there was a tag visible to see who added to cart or tags if they were active with the page

This app is a must-have. It shows all the visitors and their location. When you click on them, it gives you a recording of what these visitors are doing on your website.

The app works great. I've read some bad coments but I still try it and was surprised. There are some design issues using Mobile phone....but I give it 4 stars, the app works, test video was recorded and I could play it without problems, so let's see if this works when I have traffic

Don´t like that when they upadte, its closed, but it is easy and cool, could be better if could storage by day or by month
