This is a great app, I'm already getting to see what the user experience is. I now know I need to focus on a strong mobile site. It has also helped me figure out when to utilize pop-ups.

Not going to lie, I thought this was too good to be true. But I can honestly say that I am shocked that it is as simple, straight forward and useful as everyone else claims. After watching a couple of sessions, I was able to see what my issues were and get them corrected. So thank you. Feedback if there could be a paid version that also allows live views of the live session that would be the icing on the cake.

I have just installed this, and I am 100% sure that this is going to help me identify the problems the customers face on my site.

Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.

SO! I added this app to my store for Black Friday, Small business Saturday and Cyber-Monday. This app has helped me so much to see how my customers are shopping on my site. So far so good. Great app! Didn't expect that this can literally track every click and action of visitors, but it really can, and is so user friendly that you will know how to use this within 2 minutes!

Great app. Definitely a necessity for those who want to know a bit more about their customer's experience. Seeing what the customer does on the site is an easy way to see hangups, things of interest and exit points.
