Great App. Works exactly as advertised, maybe even better. Only hitch is that the session duration sometimes shows impossibly long hours, like thousands of hours for one session. Kindly fix this small issue, otherwise great job.

What an amazing app. We just launched our website and Replay Live Session Recordings helped us to see the different pages each customer was clicking on. We noticed the shipping policy page either sat well with the customer or it did not. After seeing the recordings, we tailored few minor details with shipping and other page information, and received our first sale within 2 days of our website launch. It's easier to read, I'd like it to give me an analysis of its own how to reduce the bounce rate even further than I already have. It records the sessions but all the information is wrong. I know for a face a customer was local in MS and it has Illinois. It also always says new customer even if the customer is repeat. Recording info is useless if i cannot correctly identify locations of where my customers are coming from. It kept saying Quebec and other places that I do not sell to. I was about to try to start selling there but now i cannot trust the accuracy of this app. I'm going to delete and choose another app. I wished it worked.

Great app to view where the bottlenecks are or where the hotspots are on your website. This has been helpful for our business.

Before trying the Replay live app, I had tried other apps that charged a ton for the same features I am getting for free here. I can't get past the fact that these features and indeed the app itself is FREE. I am happy and recommend this app to business people serious about taking customer engagement to the next level.
