OMG, I wish I had installed this app a lot earlier! It is so amazing to be able to see what people are doing on your website, and what UI confuses them. We just sent out a promotion with direct link to the landing page. And we saw someone going back and forth between the landing page and something else looking confused. So we added the line in red "Just start shopping and add items to cart to see the discount when you check out." to make it more clear. Visit https://olavie.com/collections/black-friday and see for yourself. Wasn't it a bit confusing without the text in red?

Stopped working. Every session is now "Newark, NJ" and when clicked, I get: Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs. I've contacted CartKit... Waiting for a response. If I don't hear from them soon, I'm uninstalling.

Super easy install, and clear session recording. very useful for understanding how customers are navigating the website.

Edit: Thanks so much for listening to my feedback about the favicon being difficult to see, and then amending changes. Awesome. I still find the new changes to the UI hard to read and a more unpleasant user experience, plus the extra click to view sessions is annoying, but other than that, this app has helped me understand and fix my site issues really quickly and that's invaluable. Don't know where I'd be without it.

I've had it installed for a week. No recordings yet. I just flipped a switch that said enabled/disabled, so we'll see if that works. I'll rate it higher once i see it working.
