Edit: Thanks so much for listening to my feedback about the favicon being difficult to see, and then amending changes. Awesome. I still find the new changes to the UI hard to read and a more unpleasant user experience, plus the extra click to view sessions is annoying, but other than that, this app has helped me understand and fix my site issues really quickly and that's invaluable. Don't know where I'd be without it.

I've had it installed for a week. No recordings yet. I just flipped a switch that said enabled/disabled, so we'll see if that works. I'll rate it higher once i see it working.

It eats a lot of loading time and when using it can't refresh the page you should do it in another window i could see recordings which is great but it takes your page loading speed a lot down please improve the loading speed and is it showing the complete recording? sometimes i kinda feel that it only shows the beginning i don't know really it may be because of my website is bad what ever i got some possible informations with this hope this app will improve in not taking a lot of loading speed.

It took a bit longer to load than I would have liked, but the feedback is extremely valuable! Love it thus far!

It works but not in real time way. And it can not be refreshed from the same window. Must go back to open again from Shopify platform.

Simple to use, but I'm not sure if the recordings are 100% accurate, I have over 400 sessions but the number of recording tracked is probably less than 50. Maybe I am missing out on something.. Any advice would be much appreciated

I LOVE THIS APP, Unlike other apps Replay is easy to understand with clean graphics and a super-easy user experience. They also give a much larger monthly limit than the other apps. This is definitely an addition you need for your store!

I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE!
