really cool app. It help a lot to see how people navigate through our website pages and stop and read certain items. I will allow us to create better web pages. We will be using this app on other sites also.

Fairly easy to use and it's neat. However, needs some work with the way they highly key activities such as "add to cart". At the moment, everything is too green. It would be nice to have a different colour to highlight key activities we need to spot in a second. Also, it should add a special page number for when they placed an order or added to cart to highlight. So instead of watching the whole activity page by page, we can easily jump to where we need to see. I also think, being able to filter by dates would be a good feature for this app so we don't have to keep scrolling down. It's very mundane.

Great app to provide insight into customer behaviour. Enables you to make changes quickly to the site where common issues have been identified. Its like User testing. Highly recommended!

This app is super easy to maneuver and for the most part seems very accurate. Will be helpful for optimizing website and turning increasing conversion rate.

I can't believe this app is free it's so helpful for understanding what your customers are looking at.

Hasn't worked once since I downloaded, Trying to view sessions I get the same error message over and over again. Emailed support and had to chase twice in order to get a reply, and then It's just been left with the developers with no updates. Unfortunate really as the actual app looks great and if it worked would be fantastic!

Had a few bumps in the beginning but they're worked out. App works well, it just lags my store a bit. Hopefully it will work out

i used this app.İnterface very cool and easy to use.It gives you many information about visits.With it you can track and improve your store.

It worked fine for a few days. Then suddenly I cannot replay the sessions. It says " This page isn’t workingapi.better-replay.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" I tried clearing my browsing history, cache, cookies, etc. but still did not work. I also tried using a different browser and still not working. I tried contacting their customer support by the app and by email but I got no response for days. Maybe this review would have your customer service team assist me. I'd be glad to update my review. Thanks

This is a good replay software. I like how you can see what customers click and may purchase and it is easy to use

Pretty good. But In my humble opinion the videos with too short time records. Sometimes it isn't enough to analyze.
