really useful and i would recommend everyone install this . simple review all shoppers and there is many thing we can think to improve.

Amazing app, free to use till 10,000 monthly limit and later upgrade them, with the heatmaps and screen records it lets us know how the customers feel the website and work on them

Giving this another shot. Will update my review again. So far, the pricing structure seems a bit confusing (at least on the shopify side, it shows daily charges authorized up to $999). The app and features look promising so far. Will update further in a bit.

so far so good, just starting off and very happy so far. I am yet to experience the full working mode, please report in a month or so

It’s good 4 stars. The app can’t see all that enter the website, but did grasp a better idea what the customer wants.

I like this. I can now see what my customers see and can tell where problem areas are. Extremely helpful.

why is this app not tracking add to cart and initiate checkout at all? if it doesn't do this then its pretty much useless just to see people viewing home and product pages

All our recordings had gone, I left a message. Next day all was fixed. Thank you for sorting this out for us.

It recorded my test video but it wasn't recognized as part of the quick onboarding. Will see how it records my actual traffic.

App was great at recording live sessions. Had an issue that support was quick to help me with as well.

Works GREAT! If your site is getting traffic then THIS is the next step for you. see how your customers behave and where your site can be improved. I watched one customer click my TOS provided in my theme and it didn't work, they immediately left my shop. I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WITHOUT THIS APP! 4 stars because the app keeps defaulting to an old date for vids and I can't see the new ones without contacting them first. The second time this has happened. They are fast with email responses and very pleasant. did not notice much of a drop in website speed.

Not sure how this works, but for me I need to be able to specify IPs to ignore and also I only want recordings coming from Facebook US and that's it, there is no way to set up a campaign tracking... This is so freaking dumb of the creators of this whatever.... Not sure about page speed, didn't feel like testing it after finding out about these stupid limits.

Great app butt after the update Better Replay is randomly recording visitors. in other words, the app has become useless for the free users.
