Applicazione comodissima mi piace l'idea di poter vedere ciò che fanno i miei clienti unica cosa che alcune volte fa vedere il video che durano diversi minuti pochissimo in altri video che durano meno vedi tutto. Per il resto consigliatissima da tenere presente che sto utilizzando la versione gratuita.

I love this app. It lets me know what items my customers are in love with. I also that it is free to use.

I have been using this app to analyze the behavior of our customers. I have been able to see which pages receive more visits in order to improve certain pages, or to completely remove them due to a lack of visits. It is really effective, even though may not be a 100% accurate, it is the most helpful app I use

sometimes it doesn't look good. because it's not mobile friendly. Most of the time I have to zoom in into recording.

We use this app to watch customer behavior and look for ways to improve the user experience. It is incredibly helpful and gives us insights that we simply cant get anywhere else. For example, we can see customers cart behavior to observe how they buy so we can consider ways to improve conversion rates.

Only just started using this app but I'm sure its going to be exactly what I was looking for. Great to see what customers are doing and why they maybe abandon checkouts.

its too early to tell, however I am very annoyed that the heat map tool is still not available - despite the reason I added the app!

Good app that say what it does. Sometimes, I am not able to see the URL on the bottom right hand side on the page, but they might fix the bug later.
