No reason to deduct fees, belong to the fraudulent software. Charged for a month and still can't use paid features. Not recommended to use!

I used this app for my store and selected the free package. This is not free at all, I removed it from my store and was still charged. I have emailed and still haven't had a response. Please do not use this, they are not trust worthy or reliable. I am still waiting on my refund.

UPDATE 2: They refunded my money and granted 90 days of a free Trial. They made it right. Free version is behind a paywall. Does not feel secure, like I'm getting scammed to put in information. Why do I have to sign up for your paid version to access the free version, sketchy. One star for this. UPDATE: Look at what they said below. Now i did just that, still am on the free version and didnt go past their 7 day free trial for the growth package, did it a day before the countdown mentioned. Still charged my account for the paid version even though i did exactly as this rep said. I want my money back and dont use this service. SCAMMERS U

Chat support tabs states “replies in few minutes’’ that’s a lie. I chose the free plan with 100 monthly sessions. Started having false recordings supposedly of people entering my webpage.Shopify recorded only 7 sessions but somehow there are 45 sessions on the replay app.
