This app is incredibly user-friendly and makes email marketing a breeze. Additionally, the customer service is excellent, as the team is always available to answer any questions you may have Love it.

Really useful app with lot of customization however, the best fact is the customer service. Rissa made an outstanding job and saved me a lot of time by helping me setting up the email pop ups for different countries. Well done!

Starting up my business has been pretty exciting and challenging doing things on my own, but this app is simply designed and easy to navigate through. I needed assistance and I was able to chat with a live representative as scheduled and with her help I'm set up and ready to sell!!!

really great app and awesome support team, I recently downloaded this app and have been blown away by the level of customer service provided. Every time I've had a question or issue, the support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful in resolving the problem.

I am very pleased with the One app and their support. I have had a couple of issues setting it up. Samantha and Rosy quickly answered my question and it was taken care almost immediately. They were both very knowledgable and professional!!! Steve

** UPDATE** -- reducing my review to one star because the platform keeps breaking. I've currently been blocked from sending emails for over 3 days and I can't get any resolution. All the support team can say is "we're a small team and we have no idea when we'll have any information or fix for what's going on." .... They seem to be happy to keep announcing new beta features instead of making sure core features are stable and working. Their message to me was (copy/paste) "All I can say is that our team is looking into it, hopefully we'll have an answer in a day or two, but I can't promise that." They are also apparently happy to keep charging me while their platform isn't working... but if I uninstall it, then they'll give me a refund??! Very strange business practices. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I've spent 15+ years building software and know it's hard... but at the end of the day you need better answers for why critical features aren't working and better customer support when you fail as a business. Decent app... support was a bit over zealous on the setup with their suggestions... but the biggest issue is the system (at least for sending emails) has been down for over 24 hours at this point... my last newsletter did not get sent out... and all I'm getting from support is "we updated our system and now our engineers are working on fixing it" ... I will say, I'm a free user (how do you even upgrade?) so I guess I'm getting what I paid for. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lots of data and options to automate and upsell your products through SMS and Email newsletters. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but it's certainly easy enough to start small and work from there. Even with limited skills you can create a beautiful custom template to send to your customers, or make use of the many templates they have at hand. I had troubles with verification and automating to certain email addresses, but the live chat was quick and responsive. The wonderful Maya came to my rescue and we managed to figure out the problem together. They were ever so kind and patient and it has been one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had to date. Thanks again!
