Bad app, they will charge you much money, not just $12 one month, don't use it! It's really a poor app, waste of your money!

After analyzing the pros and cons of several Email Marketing apps, and having tried some like MailChimp, Shopify Email, MailRelay, and some others, I decided on ONE, and I'm delighted! We've only recently used it but it's very very complete. The customer service is great, super attentive and I can make calls for settings or if I have questions, etc. Only with the generated campaigns' incomes it's already worth-paying the premium, and it is much better and cheaper than the famous Klaviyo.

Just starting to use this app but customer service by Maya has been exemplary. Looks promising and hope this app will make my business go further!

A really good app with countless functions. It was important to me that I have an app where the double opt-in procedure is guaranteed. ONE offers it in detail. You have numerous options for designing e-mails, SMS, pop-ups, etc. according to your preferences. It also looks very professional and good. Numerous templates are already available and 100% customizable. I would like to give 6 stars for customer support. I get direct help and my questions are always answered 100%. ONE is a great app that includes numerous functions and is also relatively cheap. I can recommend it!

This is the first review i have ever written in my life. One, particularly MAYA’s customer service, was enough to create this first. ONE has an incredible system. I had spent a month putting together multiple apps on my store, paying multiple not small subscriptions, and ran into the one app while searching to install something else. The whole time i had been searching i was thinking there had to be something that had more of these features in one place, and ONE HAS MOST OF THEM. And it appears they will soon have them all. The app is also very easy to operate. And best of all their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone has been helpful, specifically MAYA. I have been fortunate enough to have her help me on multiple occasions, and she is always rapid with her resolution, and enjoyable to talk to while in the process. ONE and Maya, are exactly whats needed for your business to run professionally quickly

Post-purchase upsell doesn't show if you're paying with apple pay or such. This is not highlighted in their main text. Absolutely valid application! It's like having an app that contains 3! Free plan complete with everything you need to test and with multiple features. The subscription is sure to have some surprises. The assistance is instantaneous, clean and very professional. Highly recommended!

I have been using this app for more than a year and it has helped scale my business and increase revenue in a variety of different ways. It's an all in one platform and the best part is that the customer service is very kind and diligent so even if it looks complicated in the beginning - since there are many different features, you will get the support to set everything up.

Love this app! It has all important marketing features from email/sms automation to pop ups and much more. It was my first time setting up a pop up and Maya from the customer service team helped me with every question I had during the whole setup process including testing and sharing suggestions to improve my pop up even more. Because the people at this company make the company a 5 star app! they are quick to respond and go above and beyond...FOR THE FREE CUSTOMERS! Imagine what they do for their paid customers!
