I've been using this app for over 4 months now and it's very easy to set up and use. I've had to do a bit of work to segment past subscribers and the team (especially Daryna) have been super responsive and have always come back with solutions. If I get confused about anything they go out of their way to create videos to walk me through the process. Great app to track newsletters, create campaigns and automations.

I have contacted the technical service and it has been fast, Sanya has been able to give me explanatory answers with creeshots, but Omnisend still needs to make many improvements: you cannot save template blocks, you cannot distinguish "newsletter subscribers" from those who do not they are like this (to distinguish the frequency of the pop-up between one and the other)....

Exceptional tool and customer support. After using Mailchimp and Klaviyo I'm confident this is the best-buy tool by far. Three different stores I manage have been making up to 50% of total revenue with it.

New to using the app but so far so good. Had a bit of issue setting up the email automation as I couldn’t see the option to delete some section so I contact support and Sanya was able to help by even introducing me to Loom, an app that helps share screen and she showed me how to go about deleting the section which was there already but couldn’t see it on my screen. I've been using Omnisend for over a year now and have had no issues whatsoever, especially with the great support team including Baarath who helped with a domain key issue. The dashboard is great and automations have made tens of thousands even when left on for the past year. Very easy to use and would happily recommend to any e-commerce store.

I really enjoy this app, it is easy to use and the support team are great. They have recently updated the email builder as well, and this is great. Lots of options to make really nice emails. Live View is great too!! Highly recommend.

Omnisend is my emailing provider and their Shopify app works really well. The customer service is quick and efficient.

EDIT: Omnisend fixed the tax issue with new email builder. Support is great and now everything works well for us. Omnisend's order confirmation customizable fields don't include product tax and this is a major problem with otherwise great app. According to Finnish law (probably in Sweden and Norway too) customer needs to be given following information about their purchase's price: price (without VAT) + VAT = total price. Omnisend can only present price (incl. VAT) and total price, but no VAT. They have offered a 'workaround' to write a message to the order confirmartions "Prices include VAT." This does not change the fact that the amount of tax is still missing. Because of this issue we get weekly phone calls and emails from customers and their accountants complaining about the receipt. Only thing we can do is to send them a manual receipt from Shopify. It is embarrasing and takes a lot of time. We have been able to create some great automations with Omnisend, but this is making us lose our minds and so far Omnisend has not been willing to implement the feature after multiple requests. Shopify provides this price tax information, so it would be easy for them to add.

We switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend about 2 years ago becuase we wanted better analytics, integration and segmentation, and design capabilities for a reasonable price. Omnisend offers all of this, at a much more reasonable price than major competitors I researched. We get a fantastic click through and open rate with Omnisend, and their customer support is great. Nikola was very helpful to me yesterday when I had queries about the new email designer, along with being super friendly and polite.

Handy tool for small businesses. We only have 3 employees. We're not a traditional Shopify E-commerce store that sells products, instead we sell services, which was tricky finding the right platform and app to support our business model. We found after researching a lot of apps, this was the best fit but it took a lot of cross app-testing and some time. Once we decided it was the right fit for us, we had to learn how to use it. The simplicity of the design interface, the campaigns of both Email and SMS and the ability to set up Automation Workflows has helped us tremendously. In regards to customer service, their support agents are prompt and provide great service. Easy to understand for a non-tech small business owner. Special thanks to Nikola a support agent for helping us problem solve.

This app is fantastic! It is super cheap and very intuitive. The customer service is bang on and extremely helpful 10/10 recommend!
