Great customer service, really easy to use platform and adapts perfectly for our needs. We've been using omnisend for the last 3 years and everytime it gets better and better, the new email builder is great, you can build emails so much faster!

Responsive support, and app is well designed Quickly responded my question, and we have used it for contact management.

I DON'T really recommend this app, have no idea why automatically sent out the campaign, and the report only read by technical team internally, felt very disappointed…

Liberty Maniacs uses Omnisend. We've been in business for over 20 years and to say we have a quirky way of marketing is like saying Joe Biden is a little flighty or Trump has a slightly inflated ego. Weird downright weird. But Omnisend gives us the flexibility and simplicity to communicate with customers, and sometimes more importantly not bug the folks that don't appreciate getting tapped on the shoulder 15 times a day asking if they'd like to check out their sweet new t-shirt. There's SMS, push, and all sorts of automated funnels which are really important for helping customers navigate stores like ours which have an obnoxious amount of items. Pricing is fair. Let's face it, it costs money to make these things work and in the tricked-out email marketing game, there are only a few really at this level. Customization is just updated. Geared to really help folks that didn't go to graphic design school - which is pretty much everyone. But it's also great for artists like us who want to customer out things and maximize the weird. It does that too. Support is good as well. I actually just got off with a rep. She was delightful and even laughed at my jokes which is a kindness often too much to ask. They have a chat, and other methods if it's a more hands-on issue. All in all, it works for us. Email marketing for small businesses and solo acts can be pure misery. Totally get that. That's why we at least try and use a platform that accommodates us being us, and makes it as easy as possible. Good luck with your decision! And business! You got this.

Fast support they are very helpful and the app overall seems very nice, can highly recommend for those who are looking for a good email app!

We use Omnisend in our Shopify store. I've needed to contact customer service several times. Not due to Omnisend problems, but just because I'm not familiar with it and needed a little extra help. They've been great! This last time the customer service rep, Baarath, created a video showing me how to do exactly what I needed to do. You couldn't ask for more. Thanks Omnisend Customer Service!

This is a great email marketing app and they have amazing customer service, they answer very quickly and are very helpful!

Sanya is extremely patient and informed! Helped me out a lot! Bombarded her with a lot questions about adding videos to email blasts!

I'm a fairly new customer and had a couple technical problems. Support was quick and in touch constantly until then problem was solved. I anticipate a happy relationship with Omnisend!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to navigate and great online tutorials. I needed assistance with one area of the setup and Kamilia in the Support team was wonderful to deal with - very fast and efficient in solving my problem.

This app can do A LOT, it can be overwhelming at first but their customer support is amazing, Sanya really stuck with me and continued to support me on many aspects/questions! I appreciate it so much!

We've been using Omnisend for a year but honestly didn't use much. Started to create the new form recently. The form worked well in the first 1-2 days, but it suddenly stopped to show to the visitors. On the first day, the form got 13 views, and it got 1 additional view on the 2nd day. I reached out to their support team, provided all the details including the screenshot of the Google Analytics showing them we were in fact getting much more views than only 14 to this specific page with the form. However, their reply was just trying to tell us it's not their problem because they've tested at their end, and tested with multiple people, but the report of this form still shows 14 even after they've tested with multiple people, zero views....how could this happen? I asked them to explain, they didn't. Reply from them: According to our tech team, the form is working well and d it is appearing on our side we have checked with multiple people as well as tech team. Have you tried checking the form using Incognito mode After I asked them to explain why there is no increase to the views if they've tested multiple times and seen the form working. Their response below: Please allow me to re-escalate this to our tech team to check the information with the analytics you have provided, I really apologies for the inconvenience caused by this. This case has been created since Sunday (today is Tuesday), and they've told us the so-called 'escalate' for multiple times. I don't think I will get the real solution from the support team. So I'm here to write the review, hoping to get the problem resolved.

Bassma has been an extreme help with any of my needs needed to help me navigate through the omnisend platform. She has made me feel that she is there anytime I need her which is extremely helpful while trying to build my funnels.

As an agency, their team is invaluable for support on complex setups. Very appreciative of Baarath's help for one of our accounts in particular. To help segment b2b & b2c before they purchase; use a custom property on the welcome series sign up form to auto add them into a segement. A similar system can use for existing customers using an email and/or the "Preferences" section at the bottom of emails.

This app is easy to use with a lot of features to help grow your business. I was using three other apps to get the features I need for my site and now I'm able to condense what I need into one app which is great. I contacted the chat support to ask a few questions. The support is fabulous!!! Bassma my support guru answered within a few minutes. I didn't understand a few steps in making the popup signup welcome email so she made a video for me to clearly understand the answer. She was very patient and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you so much Omnisend!

Great app. Has helped our email list grow! Now we are growing or SMS. Questions are answered when we need help in a very timely manner.
