I use Omnisend for emails and sometimes there are certain doubts and urgent clarifications. The Omnisend support team is very prompt in their response, especially Olesia and Nikola. They are very patient and adept. They elaborate every detail and go out of their way to help. Thanks.

all emails landed to the spam folders and has received so many complains from customers even they added to priority the next email wasn't received. I have a loyal customers who never received any emails from me. we have checked her details and she subscribed and emailed you about this issue and didn't get answers or found the solution. unfortunately the app way too expensive for a small businesses and doesn't help at all to grow my business. the free option basically enough for nothing. 250 emails is basically nothing. If I send only 250 emails only 10 precent will open as you have explained to me and how to make money from that? I have found much better marketing app for that which allow to send 10k emails / for free than only need to pay a small amount after 1k email to send every month. compare to your pricing list that is much better and even those emails land in to the spam folder just like your emails I still don't need to pay $130 / month. So thank you but I think you overcharge for nothing which is not help for any businesses especially during this difficult time.

Unfortunately terrible customer service. Have contacted them 5 times via email and chat with no reply. We build stores for a range of clients and need support across all of our clients email accounts. DO NOT USE - Klaviyo support is a million times more helpful. Although Klaviyo may be missing a few features we wanted for our clients, support is essential for any business and Omnisend has zero.

After 2 months of experience with Omni, we do satisfy with her multi-languages pre-designed signup forms, cause we focus on Mexico marketing, and these settings save lots of time. Let alone Omni team Nikola's support, responsive and efficient. Everyone shall have a try with this awesome app.

The customer support team with Omnisend does a really great job of assisting and troubleshooting through chat. I was recently experiencing some trouble with implementing a scratch card and adding a link for the customer preference center, and Daryna was able to send me video links and screenshots to effectively navigate me to success.

I'm loving this app so far! It provides so many anayltics. I also love the SMS campaigns. I was originally on the free account and wanted to add money to send text message campaigns. I reached out and they chose to give me $10 free for my SMS campaigns. Very nice of them!!

We've used a few apps and this 1 is definitely the most user-friendly and the workflows that we set up has pushed our abandoned cart recovery rate up with 11%. Support from Nikola was also quick, friendly and very helpful.

Easy top use app with plenty of clever features. Customer support is also super quick and helpful. Nikola, in particular, has been very helpful with my queries.

This is a dreadful email platform that requires a lot of work just to integrate with your existing Shopify forms. Want to send a lead magnet based on a shopify form? Good luck. Subscribers from all forms are lumped into one source. Calling this "made for Shopify" is using a VERY broad brush. Want to embed a form? You get one line. That's it. Otherwise it has to be a pop-up or landing page. I have requested help to get my store connected and it finally is, but that's because I researched and added my own code. I still can't distinguish which form an email came from so I know which automation to send. Their help desk responds quickly, but it's cursory and they tell you "the right department will help you in a few days". It's been a few weeks and I can't get basic questions answered. It's useless to me and I'm moving on.

Well, I found myself working on email on a late Friday night and it is 3am-ish in Lithuania where Bassma helped me out. They have a great support even in non busy hours!

Baarath and the rest of the customer service reps I interact with have been so helpful! Love that they send demo videos and are available 24/7. Still getting use to this app but their customer service teams is very helpful.

Good customer support and very good tool for the retention rate of your store. Feels smooth and powerful to use.
