I've been setting up some automation streams and one form. Most functions work pretty well, and some smaller issues were fixed with the help of the support team. Great support from Daryna - thanks a lot!

I have been through almost every email service provider. Honestly, so far this has been my favourite. I've been on support A LOT! They probably all know my name by now lol. Baarath at Omnisend is an absolute star. The guy was so kind, so helpful, and literally took me step by step by step to sort out my automation. He stayed on chat and waited for me to finish each step and tested as we went along without leaving me hanging 20 minutes in between interactions. What an asset to the Omnisend team he is. Five stars to him! Thank you Omnisend!

The tool is very on point to email management and creating automation emails for Shopify visitors. The support team is also very wonderful.

I required some assistance with form designs on Omnisend and I was connected with Daryna from Omnisend. She was a major help, acted as a bridge between me and the tech team and kept me in the loop, provided me with timely solutions and went out of her way to make sure I got the results I had visualized. I needed help with our Omnisend account and Ivanna was quick and easy to work with. took just a few minutes. Ivanna is awesome and they have great customer service.

We were looking for an app that would be affordable and effective. Omnisend has surpassed our expectations! They provide customizable templates that are easy to use, and we receive prompts to improve the workflow. By implementing a few suggestions, we were able to capture about $20k in abandoned cart sales and over $50k in sales through email marketing in the last three months. In addition, their customer service via chat is always responsive and helpful.

I'm still getting used to the app but so far it's easy to understand and helps a lot with email automation. We're hoping to see fewer abandoned carts using this app. The support is a cut above though, super fast and helpful support from both Yulia and Sanya this week which we really appreciate. I can see us growing our store in partnership with Omnisend. Thanks!

The app is not perfect. There are some issues that should be developed. But the support team do their best to help their customers.

This application is perfect. The advantage is that the support is very responsive and always pleasant. I just had a conversation with Nikola and everything went fantastically well. I also recommend Omnisend for its ease of use. You don't need any information to succeed with your emails!

Great customer service and is an easy app to use and operate with a quick drag and drop to customize your own email. Or you can choose from lots of other templates that are pre-made.

This email marketing app is the best I have ever used. Many thanks for the Omnisend customer support. On average, one spent euro is generated for us 40 back euros. Excellent!

the segmentation filters can be a little confusing, but the support so far by bassma has been wonderful and has made up for it. Great tool!

Fantastic marketing app that allows you to create beautiful and professional emails with ease. The customer support is also phenomenal. Thanks to the help of one of the members of the support team, Kamilia, who was polite and informative. I was able to overcome an issue I was facing relatively quickly!

This email marketing app is very user friendly and if you have any questions, their customer service is excellent! Setting up campaigns and enabling the automation is incredibly simple and fast. This is such a nice change after trying out several different apps!

I really enjoy using this app so far! I wish there were a few more fonts to work with but if that's the only thing I'd change, I'd say it's pretty great :) Customer service is fantastic! Quick to reply, very helpful and overall just get such incredible support to help me figure something out.

Great app, lots of customizations with emails and automations, pre-sets also available if you don't know what to say. And most importantly, great customer support and quick response. Nicolas was very helpful and explained everything well. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to typically write reviews. However, Omnisend is one of the best email marketing tools I've used to date. I've tried a number of them too. Really simple to use, gives a really neat activity log on what actions people take in my store to see what people are adding to their carts and various other activities, on top of the emails just being in general a great design with little effort. :)
