We've used Omnisend Email Marketing for just over two years now and have liked it so much better than MailChimp! The integration with out Shopify Store helps create great product focused emails as well as automation emails. Customer support has always been top notch - very responsive and helpful!

Salma and her colleagues assisted me with setting up my first automated workflow. Over a couple of days with many chats, customer service ensured that I was up and running correctly. I am extremely pleased with their customer service and follow up.

The tech support I received from Agustin and Diego was outstanding!! The response times exceeded my expectations, and they were able to help me to fix the issues I was having. They went above and beyond to help me out, and were knowledgeable and polite during the process. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. The chat feature in the app is really helpful. Their team response really fast when you have questions. I asked a question about billing and Luiz not only answered my question he also included a screen recording showing me how to make changes.

It's a pretty good app. Way more easily understandable than Klayvio. Tons of customization options for emails, and the automations are in depth and customizable. However, the SMS functions are extremely limited, so do not rely on Omnisend for SMS. Customer support is really responsive which is great. Overall 7.5/10 (SMS is the issue).

I've been using this app for a few months and it's great! There's good tutorials to get you started, but I also found the interface to be pretty intuitive. I needed customer support today and Salma was super helpful and I had the fix I needed within moments!

The app is easy to use and has great customer service. I am still on the free plan for the moment, so there is no live chat, but they do respond pretty quickly via email, and Melanie has been very helpful. Update: I used it for a while now on the Standard plan, and it's pretty good, and customer service with the live chat is great! Thank you!

First time setting up email flows and the workflow visualization is easy to understand. The customer service rep was quick to respond and very helpful with screenshots. Salma helped me troubleshoot some logic for a particular audience I was trying to capture. It works for my needs so far.

Really like the lay out of this app and it's so easy to use. Great email templates, pop ups and automations and so easy to custom them to suit . Customer support was really great too ( thank you Luiz ) and cleared up all my queries and mis-understandings.

Excellent and responsive customer service. I find it a little complex to build segments and to make sure all our sign-ups are falling into the correct list, but Luiz and his colleagues are very responsive and helped me figure it out. We have been using the app for over a year now and any time there is a question, they are very quick to help. 4 stars because nothing is perfect and things can always be improved, but their customer service is 5 star.

A really big thank you to our Customer Success Manager Gediminas who has been an incredible support to us this year, and whose recommendations have lead to us achieving fantastic results. The tool itself is really easy to us and understand with useful templates and explanations to build out campaigns, automations and audiences. I highly recommend Omnisend!

A great platform for email marketing. The UI/UX Design is very friendly, easy to navigate and creates layouts just by dragging and quick add. My favourite feature is the Live View in Dashboard where I can track my live users. Also, the customer live service is very supportive, especially Luiz. Highly recommend the app!

Packed with really great business tools totally free, and super easy to navigate and use. The one and only reason I can't give 5 stars is that I've reached out to Customer Care twice without any response. Thankfully it's not a hard app to navigate though and most users will get by - worth getting this app for sure.
