Have been a user of Omnisend for about a year now and it's simply the best email marketing app. What makes it even better is their efficient customer service team. I recently had a chat with Deniz (deniz.i@omnisend.com) about an issue I was facing with videos and gifs and he came through as a saviour. He went to the extent of agreeing to have a look at a reference newsletter I had and then proceeded to make a loom video explaining every step of how to make it! Even friends don't help out that much. So thankful for all the help!

i had some one set up my automation and it stopped working. so i aksed omni support if they could fix, they logged on and fixed straight away . great response time and great customer service.

This App is great and easy to use. I had one question and initiated a live chat with Stefan. He was awesome and within a matter of 5 minutes problems solved (it was my mistake) but he was awesome! Highly recommend this App to anyone!

In the bang for the buck department, Omnisend is awesome. Great features, easy to use interface. Their tutorials are actually *easy* to find which seems to be rare and if you can't figure it out, their support team is fast and efficient (had a complicated issue that Luiz fixed for me in like 2 minutes) and talk like your co-workers on your team. Great!

WOW!! I just left my old email platform to come to Omnisend and I'm honestly genuinely blown. I hated writing emails with my former app, this one made my creativity come back 10 fold and the customer service is amazing. I was helped my Matija and Luiz today that treated me as royalty. I am so pleased with the email design layouts, and most importantly - the customer service. The app has helped me generate sales using their automated emails. It's really amazing and worth the try for any business.

I use it all the time! I use it for email marketing and it is very useful to be able to send regular emails or send emails automatically. There is a form for collecting emails.

Not only is it extremely easy to use there is always someone there to guide you I don't use it enough but when I do I get results.

The support team has been very helpful. We recently had a couple issues with an email and Luiz stayed with me on the chat, followed up and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Very helpful support team. UI is much better than Klaviyo. Still a couple features missing but I've been told they would be added soon.
