Thanks to Salma for the great and fast tech support provided, she sent me a video explaining exactly what I needed.

Omnisend and shopify is a good partnership. However I wish i could embed videos so my so my customers dont leave the email. Without using a 3rd party interface.

Thanks to Karine, I was able to get the information on automation emails and I managed to run the campaign using the screenshot provided.

Migrating from Klaviyo (which we have been using for a looong time) after carefully evaluating both services. We are so happy with the journey so far. The design and structure of the emails feels much more up to date and once you get used to the differences creating emails is so much more intuitive. The customer support is outstanding - super quick, understandable and responses on point. Must also mention Deniz who apart from providing accurate help also went that extra mile to check that everything turned out well. Beyond pleased.

I have used many Email Marketing Plugins-Apps, like Mailchimp for years, to me Omnisend is the best. They have very good Email Creator, Great Automations and it's Super Easy to Use. Their Support team is always fast at replying.

We are very happy to find omnisend. we have used many other "Expensive" Tools but the deliverability is best on omnisend. Moreover the facebook audience creation is amazing and we are able to target specific set of customers on fb as well. Customer support is superb

Great app, easy to use and configure. And even if you are stuck, you will get help from an exceptional customer support team, specially Baarath who stayed with us until we configured all the essential automation.

So far, excellent. I'm not particularly techie, especially when it comes to email campaigns but I am managing to get set up. The platform is full of useful features and the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Agustin, who willingly helped me through an issue that had most likely been caused by me in the first place. I can thoroughly recommend Omnisend. They offer informative tutorials and easy to use templates making our email marketing a breeze. to Great customer service too.

The best email marketing app on Shopify and it's not even close the customer service is great too they helped me with whatever problems I had definitely would recommend :)
