A website guru, I am NOT! I had no choice but to switch email platforms, and I dreaded the mere idea of doing that! But it is such a comfort to know that I can receive prompt and valuable customer support from Omnisend! I haven't felt totally lost because Karine has been so supportive! I am confident that I will receive great guidance when I reach out again! Karine has been very patient with my questions and very clear with her guidance and suggestions! Thanks Karine!!! The best email platform I've ever used! Clean, simple interface that makes it easy to succeed and grow your business. Great templates or build your own layout in a completely editable yet easy to use edit panel. Friendly and extremely attentive help center that always respond within minutes with a quick solution to my problem. Cannot recommend enough!

The main aspect I love about omnisend is the customer support! I switched to them from Klaviyo and they run circles around them from price to features to service. I'm extremely happy. Each time I want to know something, even if it's just how to keep increasing my clicks and sales, they have been super helpful. They provide articles, and visuals to help me win. My email sales have increased each month just because they have helped me with resources and I try new and different things.

Great emailing platform! User friendly and great customer service. 24/7 chat was incredibly helpful, especially team member Diego. Platform really helps with deliverability and provides useful analytics.

I'm new to this app but so far the experience has been fairly seamless. I'd love to see a bit more accessible UI (you can't see font options without clicking them and the examples in the layout builder are itty bitty and hard to see at some points), but I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple everything was to build otherwise. When I ran into a question I couldn't find an answer to via Google, I contacted the support team and was helped by Matija, who quickly sent me a screen capture with step by step instructions. Super helpful, super courteous, and super convenient.

Thank you Karine for handling my queries so swiftly! Being able to email questions and receive quick and helpful responses is a lifesaver :)

3.5 Stars for Omnisend & Long Wait Times Omnisend is a great email platform, but not without its convoluted processes and cumbersome automation triggers. I experienced some reps that made me wait 10+ minutes between responses and questions. 5 Stars for Olesia and Deniz Customer service agents, Olesia and Deniz, are gems. They helped me navigate several challenges. They were adept in Omnisend, helpful and supportive, ensuring all my questions were answered and my issues resolved. They helped me overcome a significant hurdle that will positively impact our email marketing efforts. They are the reason I did not cancel the service.

Website will not let me login even after changing my password. Going to have to go to a different app.

The app has been very easy to get up and running and collecting emails on my website. I had one minor tech issue verifying my domain name. The support team got to back to me very quickly and we had the issue resolved in no time. Many thanks to Kamilia and Andres for helping me out.

Omnisend has been a great tool for doing all of my email marketing campaigns and I love all of the reports. It's so easy to use that I just upgraded my plan. I did stumble with an issue, but Customer Service Rep Andrés provided great insight and helped me solve it! Grateful for the chat feature and how quickly he was able to help me with the problem.

Easy to use. Great and fast customer service. Pricing is also very optimal. Very good option if you'are looking an app for email marketing.

Omnisend support team is excellent at addressing issues and finding suitable resolutions. I recently encountered a problem with one of my forms not displaying and Matija was able to escalate the case and get a quick resolution to my issue.

Salma has been incredible to work with - very knowledgable and helpful! I'm still learning the system but liking everything I'm seeing so far! Switching over from another ESP has been a bit scary, but they're making the transition simple.

Instale la app y pude crear el formulario bien sin problemas, pero para personalizar el diseño del correo es un total desastre, modifico la frase de encabezado, o algún otro texto voy a guardar y siempre me salía un error que no especifican que es, te dan un link para buscar el error y solucionar, pero habla de todo menos del error, hable con atención y genial muy atentos, y te atienden rápidamente, pero igual no supieron solucionar o indicarme como arreglarlo.

Omnisend's customer service is top notch. They are fast, friendly and there for you. Many companies can take an example from Omnisend. It's a nice, clear email system. Very convenient to use. Thanks to Andres, we had a very quick answer to all our questions.

So easy to deal with if you are confused or need help. Karine helped me to change the domain DNS settings which can be complicated. It was quick and easy with the help!
