I find Omnisend super effective email marketing and easy to use! Every time I've had a question or issue, it has been quickly resolved. There is also lots of tutorial support and it has user-friendly interface.

Omnisend will actively restrict what you do with your customer email data. Customization of segments and work flows is not possible at all.

I read all the reviews before making an app decision, but rarely take the time to write reviews. This app is hands down the best email marketing program I've used in 15 years. Great results, analytics, tracking, tagging. You won't be disappointed. Easy product integration, User friendly.

Been using this app for a number of years and am very happy with it. Diego helped me understand how to use the automated abandon cart flow, I'm still very pleased with Omnisend. I would agree with others that this app is easy to use and not overly complicated. The response to me my questions are always very quick. I would recommend this app to everyone. I just had more questions about on automated flows and the support I received from Karine, Joy and Diego was top notch.

We are switching to a different EMS only because we want a wider choice of templates, more segmentation etc, but I am finding our new EMS way too complicated for an average user like us and a small business overall, that can't afford hiring an email specialist. So, now, when we can compare, I would definitely recommend Omnisend for businesses that don't want to spend hours on figuring out simple tasks. Also, Omnisend customer service is stellar. Even when we unsubscribed from them, their customer support is exemplary. Today I had Luiz to help us out to fully unsubscribe - extremely helpful and customer oriented! I don't know of any other service who gets back to you so fast and efficient. Also, they have live chat - something hard to find these days.

I worked with Luiz, he was fast, responsive and beyond helpful. He got to the bottom of my problem within minutes and provided a solution. I couldn't recommend Omnisend any higher!

I've used it for few times and it really works the support replies are very timely and professional. The pages are clean and tidy; you can match the email style to your logo colors. It would be better if there were more templates

Omnisend is a great App for creating a beautiful email, also the team member provides amazing service, Matija from Omnisend is really impressive, I can fee he made great efforts to provide crystal answers when I was confused about some functions. Thank a lot to him!

I found Omnisend very intuitive and user friendly. The customer support is also excellent, and I was given support from Matija who resolved my issue within 10 minutes. Would recommend

I would definitely recommend Omnisend Email Marketing to others. It is a well-made, easy-to-use product with excellent customer support. The only thing I would improve is the UI.

Karine “For The Win” & Barruth “The Truth”!!!! She has been absolutely amazing!!! I tried on my own to get my domain info imputed correctly then I finally contacted support. She was so amazing but I was so tired at that point because I was working on it on my own for so long. She broke it down how I needed to input everything and where but I wasn't getting it. She still remained calmed and tried to assist me every step of the way. This morning, I received a message from her following up. That made me feel so good that she took time to check on my progress. Now that I was refreshed from last night, everything that she was telling me to do last night made a lot of sense today. I So, I had to reach out again but Karine’s shift ended and Barruth helped me. He was quick and straightforward, very nice, and got me taken care!! He also, went over and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful!! I’m switching to the paid plan be cause why not? Customer service is top tier!! Thank you Karine & Barruth for going above and beyond!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Karine and Salma took good care of me and helped me get the first email setup properly with a automatic discount for the cart. So far like it a lot

We are new to Omnisend and so far the experience has been great. The layout of their tools is easy to use and the how-to content is great. Very happy with Omnisend. I tried a few email apps but settled with Ominisend in the end. The customer service is great and the app is just improving all the time.
