Great tech support. Baarath was knowledgable and helpful, so far Omnisend has been just what I am looking for.

Omnisend is very user friendly and offers enough premium features to get started without having to pay compared to some companies charging right of the back. Salma is very helpful when answering questions. She goes above and beyond.

Best support ever. I've been using Omnisend for over a year, and I'm new to email marketing. I've had tons of questions about the best way to do things and how to use different Omnisend features. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for a response to my chat messages. The answers are always on point. Amazing video tutorials, sometimes generic (for FAQ) and sometimes custom made to answer questions on my specific use. Luiz asked me to write a review after helping me this morning - he was fantastic in answering my questions (just like the dozens of others that I've worked with).

Excellent customer service from Salma much appreciated it, she helped me figure it out a problem I had.

Product doesn't work. 40 genuine customers clicks out of 10k. Scammers? google analytics doesn't show your traffic? why? Shopify FREE email app with 900 subscribers generating 6 times income than your 10k subscriber plan for £150.00 - 10000 emails per month. You can create/delete/update customer segments but it will always stays to your max plan. Once you uploaded - you pay for the rest of you contract. Stay away.

The customer service is fast, kind and super helpful. Olesia did a great job and helped me to figure some stuff out, I couldn't do on my own. Would recommend this app!
