Maria did a great job in supporting questions related to my campaign. I have had many positive experiences with Chat support.

Very user-friendly app, The team was able to clear my doubts instantly and provided a detailed explanation to the same. Special thanks to Salma for assisting me with my queries and helping me land to the solution.

Andres from Omnisend support was super helpful. He helped me transfer my customers who subscribed from shopify to omnisend. Now I feel like I can create my welcome email flows for new customers! Excited to get started! ;)

Best support team! I love how easy it is to get in touch with someone (via instant messages) when you have questions or problems. They usually respond in no more that 10 minutes and they stay with you until the issues are resolved. I do wish there were some more features like emailing us reports and customizing the email backgrounds. I also would like a feature that allows customers to ask to be removed from certain marketing lists without removing them from all subscriptions but for the price, it offers quite a lot!

Customer support is really nice! Diego was great with helping me understand automations. I like how fast the support is as well (and that it's included in the free plan) update: I also want to mention Sanya! She was amazing with all my questions and was very thorough! Omnisend has been great to me.

Customer service has been outstanding since the beginning! Karine has helped me most recently and was able to solve my issue right away. Omnisend is perfect for small businesses starting out, their plans are affordable with the tools and analytics that they offer. Highfive, Omnisend!

A horrible customer service experience. Worked on an Email template for over 2 hours and after activating the same, the template got reset (twice). Contacted the customer service who kept me waiting for half hour only to get a reply that it will take them 48 hours to check on the issue if this can be fixed. What is worst is that they assign staff based on the tier of the customer you are which is quite bias already. If this review doesn’t get updated, most likely I switched to Klavio.

Best e-mail marketing platform, klaviyo is overrated and overpriced compared to this. Give them a try.

I've been using Omnisend for a few months. I had previously been with Klaviyo but someone in a group I'm in highly recommended Omnisend for it's ease of use. Since I am a small one person business and didn't need all of the fancy stuff that Klaviyo has, I decided to switch. I've been very happy with Omnisend because it has a nice clean dashboard and interface, the forms and automations are easy to set up, my email campaigns are super easy and the customer service is very nice and helpful. Today Kayque answered a question I had about pop-ups which I appreciated. My email list is finally growing too which didn't happen as quickly on other platforms. This is the 5th email provider that I've used and I think it is the best one for me and I highly recommend it!

I can't say enough about how great this app and the staff are! The app comes with tons of functionality and great templates. It's super helpful in driving conversions and encouraging first-time shoppers! I would like to take the time to leave a special comment for the customer service staff: Agustin, Sonya, Luiz, and Andrés! I somehow got my code or something mixed up on my store, and the app lost its functionality. It ended up being a complicated situation. However, the customer service staff was great about sending it to the support staff to troubleshoot & fix. They kept me up to date on the situation during the process. And they were prompt about telling me when they had found a fix! So, if you're looking for a great email marketing app for your store; functionality, reliability, and great staff support are important to you, I highly recommend Omnisend! The customer service staff is super friendly & helpful, and the support staff has the patience of heroes! Thank you guys for all your hard work and diligence!

Since using Omnisend for marketing my new online store i have found the app to be absolutely brilliant! It is very easy to use (although I am still learning) and very easy to navigate the different automations available to make the day to day running of my business less stressful! Their customer service is excellent! I had a domain sender issue that Karina & Olesia took care off speedily via their online chat service! THANK YOU KARINA & OLESIA - Your assistance was greatly appreciated! This app comes highly recommended for ease of use / functionality / customer service and being a great tool to upscale your business.

I would like to express my gratitude to Sanya, Joy, and the entire dedicated staff who have provided me with valuable assistance and support in the past. The template used for this application has proven to be highly beneficial, although there are certain areas that require further enhancements. Furthermore, the pricing structure appears to be somewhat ambiguous, necessitating specific inquiries regarding all price calculations, particularly in cases where a significant number of subscribers is involved.

The Omnisend help support team has been exceptionally helpful whenever I am in need of assistance. Baarath in particular, always provides terrific service! He is always very professional, patient, and responsive. I would highly recommend using Omnisend as your email marketing platform.
