Great APP and even Better support!

I barely leave reviews for apps honestly. So there are a lot of options for email type apps on Shopify. I haven't used all of them, but I've had such a easy experience with omnisend. I get confused? Ask a question, which is replied to within minutes. I'm pretty new to email list building and what not anyway. But this has been such a nice experience for me, kind of like having someone to sort out an issue or guide me during the process. Thanks Karine, Maria and the others for always helping me out!

Omnisend is a great app when it comes to marketing. It is extremely easy to use and offers a lot of options (free plan). The staff support is always on hand (24/7). Big shout out to Kayque and Baarath who have helped me tremendously when I needed their help the most.

Switched from MailerLite to Omnisend and so far, so good. Had a little trouble in setting up (e.g. CSV file upload not working or some issues with automation set-up). But the team is on point and always here to help, quick response times. Thanks Salma for sorting out the issue with the automation for us!

Good app for a good price. Support was also quick and helpful. I got stuck setting up some stuff and Olesia was quick to fix everything.

So I've tried around 6 other sms and email marketing apps and at least for me they were difficult to use and hard to understand. What I like most about the platform is the drag-and-drop features. ur able to easily create email and sms workflows

I've experimented with different email marketing tools, particularly those integrated with Shopify. Many were not intuitive and difficult to adapt to. However, upon a professional recommendation, I chose Omnisend for its ease of use. While there are aspects that can't be tailored, such as auto-response emails, their support team was both helpful and prompt.

Omnisend customer support is very attentive and quick! I needed help to replace my existing store with a new one. Baarath was very patient and kind and was able to help me with zero issues. :)

I picked this app because it was one that integrates with Shopify and I'm so pleased I did, as it has every thing (its own apps, that integrate with everything else, like Facebook, Zapier etc). Lots of support and tons of explanatory videos. Very impressed! I'm no longer art therapy now as I've changed my URL to reflect a more holistic online course provider. I think Omnisend is the generally best ESP app based on price and performance. And the customer service is outstanding compared to other popular choices. At least if you are sending SMS as well. However to get 5 stars I am missing (by importance): 1. Ability to choose collections in automatic recommender. In order to automate without being extremely repetetive or irrelevant I need to insert different content. 2. Automations by the day of the week (weekly newsletters). So I can send a "this weeks bestsellers" each friday etc 3. Signup forms that recognise if user is a subscriber - When collecting subscribers is the main point, it makes littles sense not to be able to excluded already subscribed customers from getting popups. I have to have another app for this :( Anyway, thanks for a great app!
