My SMS no longer works even though i still have enough SMS credits. They said I need to verify the phone number but doesn't allow me to verify it until my store goes alive. I'm not ready for launching the store yet without knowing if the app will work. The support is very unhelpful. The online chat replies to me very slow, sometimes takes days. Now i'm stuck and can't use the SMS

Lots of people around me recommended Drip, but when I compared Omnisend to Drip, Omnisend was the easy winner on price, support and features. I've been using lots of advanced email marketing and had almost zero problems - everything works as expected. And support literally answers within a few minutes unlike the hours and hours you wait for Drip. Thanks Sıla

I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.

Olesia from Omnisend resolved a fairly complex effort for me in moments. Staff clearly know the mechanics of their product inside-out, which is great :D

Wonderfull app amazing free plan for start of website

Updating my review to give them five instead of one star. Early on I had problems getting this app to work, but after great and professional support it works well and I have had no problems.

Easy to use app and perfect for email Marketing. Their helpdesk / chat is super efficient and friendly...if you are lucky enough to catch Maria (who helped me), then rest assured that she will do everything and beyond to help you.

I love Omnisend! Easy to set-up for starters and the supports are always online with 2-3mins waiting time. I got an issue with domain sender setting and Karine managed to fix it quickly. I'm an ex-Klaviyo user.
