Great tool and service so far: - great email and workflow builder - actually supports multiple locations for most data (doesn't pull localized product data yet but there are some workarounds) - good statistics - responsive support team Would definitely recommend!

Love OmniSend. We switched from Klaviyo and it's so much easier to use. The functionality is straight forward and support is always helpful, especially Agustin. He's helped me work through all issue from simple things, to more challenging problems!

They have a very responsive support team that is willing to help .. I talked to Karine specficically today and she was able to find what was wrong and provide me with a solution in a quick and timely manner, I definitely recommend her and the support team that they have.

I have looked at the other apps but Omnisend is the easiest to use. Salma was amazing. She has solved my problem so quickly. She is very attentive and fast. Also very thoughtful. Super easy to use, high converting tool with fair prices and great support! I tried the Onboard Shopify emailer for months and never got a conversion. Omnisend started generating sales within days. Can highly recommend.

As of right now, this app seems to be EXACTLY what I need and it seems like it can't get very much easier than this without limiting the apps capabilities. The best part for me was the amount of support I have received so far. Baarath was incredibly helpful and an extremely effective communicator.

i would recommend this app and specifically Luiz. i had been trying for several days to get my welcome popup to show on my store page. Luiz was able to go ahead and get it working in less that 2 minutes. Kudos to Luiz. if i could just call on him each time i would.

Omnisend is a top notch with their integrations and optimisations. On top of that their around (clock/world) customer service is something too fabulous. I don't know if anyone has talked about it, but that definitely needs more of a hype. Great job from these guys in the past few days in helping me out with minor tweeks.
