We've tried all of the other email marketing platforms big and small and Omnisend is the best all-around.

Maria was super helpful when I asked her how to segment my audience. She realized a missing feature and added it as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your quick responses and easy-to-understand instructions.

I had a problem with completing the background color of my mail. I I messaged the support desk and within a few minutes I was helped by Berman. Berman indicated that he was going to check it and within a day I had a response again and I could solve the problem myself. Top service!

I've been using Omnisend for email marketing, and I must say, the support is top-notch. Shout-out to Beran :) Quick to respond, and always eager to help find solutions to any hiccups. The app itself is great. Highly recommend!

Most affordable out there, especially for smaller shops. Their customer service is amazing. Luiz and others helped me with with a problem I had and Luiz didn't stop working with me until we got it resolved.

I had an automation issue with a product email. Didem was fantastic in asking questions that narrowed down the problem, sharing screenshots of what I needed to do. We got the issue solved and I learned a few new things too! Didem was patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful!

Good segmentation and automation integration. The click-map is also beneficial for performance analysis. Customer service is quick to respond.

Customer support with Matija was super precise in his answer and went above and beyond to cover everything so I didn't even have any questions to add! Omnisend is very easy to integrate and use with Shopify! and they're always available for support! Recommend!

Tolle App mit sehr eleganten und "cleanen" Newslettern. Mehr Vorlagen würden wir uns wünschen, damit wir die Gestaltung nicht immer zur Gänze selbst machen müssten. Recht rascher Support, das klappt wunderbar. Nachtrag: Diese App wurde von uns deinstalliert. Danach wurden wir mit Mails bombardiert, Antwort auf unsere Fragen kamen jedoch nie. Erst als wir uns dann hier gemeldet haben, hat sich endlich jemand bequemt. Man hat nie Mails von uns erhalten, obwohl wir alles nachweisen können. Wir hatten auch wochenlang Probleme mit der Aktualisierung unsere Kundendaten. Fazit: Eigentlich eine durchaus gute App. Aber der Support ist das Wichtigste. Wenn der nicht reibungslos klappt, dann wird es enttäuschend. Wir haben keine Zeit, wochenlang hin- und herzuschreiben oder auf Antworten zu warten. Schade. Wir glauben, dass manchmal hier Leute beim Support arbeiten, die keine Ahnung haben oder vielleicht nicht wollen.

Top Service auch am samstag gut zu erreichen, ich bin Positiv überascht. Beran hat mir sehr gut und Professionell geholfen, danke Omnisend:-)

Sehr übersichtlich Funktionen und auch bei Fragen durch die angebotene Chat funktion sehr kompetente und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

We've tried them all! Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, even Emarsys. What we've come to enjoy use (and works so well) is Omnisend. Simple and easy to get up and running and it's tools help you top build engagement not just send eMail. I'd def. recommend giving Omnisend a go as you get an enterprise level product wrapped into an easier to use interface that sends breautiful eMail and SMS. Great product and also a free tier!

Amazing customer support, I got super confused by something relatively Simple and Luiz was quick to help me and fix my issue! As someone who gets confused rather easily, this app is perfect for me.
