La curva de aprendizaje es de fácil a moderada, dependiendo del nivel de experiencia que tengas, es la primera vez que utilizo una herramienta de e-marketing y es bastante intuitiva, con muchas funciones y propósitos que pueden ayudarte a cubrir al momento de utilizar herramientas de promoción y venta en una tienda en linea. Ademas de poder optimizar visualmente los correos de manera profesional y a tu gusto. La recomiendo 100%

Thanks to Mr. Deniz, who is in the Support team, we can implement many workflows and automation in case of problems we experience. This is the best e-mail application available on Shopify.

Maria was by far the most efficient Omnisend rep to work with! She sent me detailed instructions on how to resolve an issue that I was having with an attachment. She literally had me up and running within 15 minutes. I am a very happy camper right now because of her.

Amazing app with the best support team when you need it, Baarath was very patient, responsive, and helpful with my issue. I love how responsive the chat inbox is and I have no issues with creating campaigns, pop-ups and even integrating Omnisend with other apps that are also integrated through my store to increase optimization. Nothing but happy about my experience thus far.

I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. I'm just starting with Shopify and I installed this app to manage subscriptions. I must say it works very well. The customer care is fab. I contacted them and Sıla offered solutions to all my doubts.

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need. This app is very underrated, help me generate thousands so far and the support team is amazing. Beran helped me out with all questions I had and even adjusted files for me since I didn't know how to do it. Amazing team & amazing app!

I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.
