Super user friendly and affordable, support was quick an helpful - s/o Karine! Tried sooooo many other apps before this one and they just weren't cutting it for my little one person team. Definitely recommend!

stay away from this app. After you put your credit card, there is no way to get rid of it. You can not uninstall. After you install it, there is no way to uninstall. So, just stay away ! They just inform you the price is bigger, and there is nothing you can do. Paymnets will be made automatically.

Diego has been incredibly helpful and solved all my issues. He has not only been professional and kind but also very patient with all my endless questions. He helped to integrate our domain into Omnisend so our marketing email doesn't go to Spam when sent. I could not be more grateful for his help and time. Diego made sure to go beyond and above to make sure everything was sorted out for my email campaign. I've been reaching out to the Omnisend support team for help. By far, there was no response at all, not even an automated response (I thought they were the experts on this). 12.15 update: Baarath from live chat solved my problem really quickly. If you suffer from a non-response problem like me, give up emailing and talk to them on live chat.

Definitely my favorite email marketing app and I've tried Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privyy, Beehive, you name it. Easy to use and gets results everytime. Also their support team is amazing.

Happy to use Omnisend for over 2 years now. Support is always very happy and friendly. Karine was really helpful.

I have a newer shop, but Omnisend was one of the first apps that I added to my store and it has been incredible. The selection of automation they have is incredible, but nowhere near as good as their support team. They are so fast to respond, always available and have been extremely helpful with every question I have had. There hasn't been a single question left unanswered. Huge thanks to everyone on their support team that has helped me, Sanya, Dilara, Diego and Deniz! All amazing and went above and beyond. Grateful to have this tool to assist my business.
