Seems like the app keeps having new and more complicated issues, as the years pass. We have been using it since 2014, when back then everything used to work fine. Every update that added, just keeps creating issues that support seems unable to resolve. WELL DEAR DEVELOPER, Thank you for your kind reply and attention, but it seems that your team is unable after 7 weeks and 72 emails to solve the problem. Instead i have to endure talking to 7 different people "BEACUSE THEIR SHIFT IS OVER", AND EACH ONE sends me a 10page guideline to read. I would suggest either get a tech guy who understands to solve the problem or inform us that you are unable to fix the app. Again its a pitty after 10 years of using the app, each year you manage to degrade it with your updates. Update 6 Mar 2024: After 7 weeks you still haven't managed to resolve the problem, leaving us without any email communication with our clients.

I looked at several email marketing apps and decided that Omnisend had the most features for the price was the most user friendly of the ones I looked at in my opinion. That was really important to me as is what kind of support the company offers. I recently needed some help with an issue I was having and Karine in support was both courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient. My computereze isn't that great but she managed to figure out what I was trying to explain to her and helped me fix it in no time. I would definitely recommend the Omnisend app.

Their automations don't work, and customer support is awful. I sent them a screenshot of their own app (the flow creation section), clear and precise and they said it's not part of their app but a screenshot of Shopify. After sending them the link they admitted it was their app. The customer support haven't even used the app themselves obviously. Deleted and Installed the app twice, and tested a simple abandoned cart recovery automation multiple times and it doesn't work. Customer support is little to no help. Only a waste of time. Their email editor is also broken. You have to refresh it every minute because it stops responding and gets stuck. Wasting lots of hours when making an automation flow. We are moving to a better marketing app. Think twice before spending hours creating automations and flows that won't work.

We had to verify our domains in the app. my developer did that and passed the ownership back to me. For over a week now I try to get back the ownerhip, set up payment and send emails. The team from omnisend does not only not read the former chat, but still brings me back to the same problems we could not solve from our side. -I can not add myself in primary store setting with my email as admin, so I can not, pay, ergo no emails in our campaigns for over a week.. I did also send the store ID where we have the problem with, but hey, the log in into the other store (different ID ) and tell me there is no issue. Best is the question to change my shopify store email so its matching the email I would use in their system as admin or owner!! Sure. Customer service is slow, does not solve problems and is not willing to give a discount or any reach out for creating the problems and not following up correctly. I don´t switch to mailchimp because I have omnisend also on another shop. Stay away if you are into customer service and fast help and depend on your mailer.

Omnisend's accountability and customer service is lost to me as of recent, as trying to update my name servers led to another user taking over my account. Despite being repeatedly told that they would resolve the issue within 24-48 hours, I have not received any assistance in 6 days, preventing me from sending critical emails and impacting my livelihood. Unfortunately, tech support has been unhelpful and failed to follow up on their promises. Omnisend used to provide excellent service, but currently, I am left without a solution.

This has been awesome from day one. Very powerful but also a really nice, clean interface and great styling for emails etc. I'm a very happy customer! Today, I just added a 'Out of Stock' automation and honestly can barely believe how quick and easy it was to do. Amazing. Been with these guys for a few years now and am constantly impressed by the product. Highly, highly recommended. UPDATE: Sometimes we mess things up. That's what I did yesterday. For me, the measure of a good company is how willing they are to try to help you fix things. Omnisend customer support (Stefan in particular) have blown me away. Responsive and super helpful, issue resolved in no time. The thing is, Omnisend is so good that I haven't needed customer service much in the past. It's good to know that if I do, they've got my back.

OK a few years in I wanted to make an update! My business grew enough that I had to upgrade to the paid plan in 2021. It's affordable and I love that. The latest update to the interface is fantastic, it's very modern UX and easy to use. The new templates are beautiful, and I find them to be very mobile friendly. I've only had to reach out for support a couple times, including today when I was adding my custom DNS records for sending emails. Super easy to get help and figure out the adjustments I needed. I have higher than average view and click rates, my business just entered year 6! Omnisend is certainly part of our growth success, email is my primary way to send promotions and communicate with my customers. From 2020: I migrated to Omnisend after Mailchimp disconnected from Shopify. The free plan is streamlined, but it can do the essentials. User experience is great. Designs are pleasing. Customer service is good. Import process was smooth! Syncs with Shopify seamlessly in real time. I wish I could do some automations for free. But Shopify can do the basic ones. I honestly tried Shopify's new email features too. They are just a bit too basic for my needs right now. This is my second successful business venture. We are in a heavy growth phase, and just received our first inventory shipment. I'm considering paying for Omnisend's annual "standard" plan to have more professional looking automation emails and do some AB testing.

The worst app I ever deal with I been trying for the last 10 days to get support or anything all what I got is nothing They charge me 718 to use sms services and they send me email that I can’t use the sms service and they refuse to refund me They charge me every month 988$ witch is Mailchimp charge only 400 $ for 1.2m email Still till now no support no money back and also they charge me for the last 4 month 160 extra for sms that I couldn’t use I WILL SUBMIT THE CONVERSATION BETWWEN US SO YOU CAN BE AWARE THERES NO COUSTOMER SUPPORT HERE
