I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.

I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.
