I switched my domain and changed my website to a new theme. I didn't know what to do with Omnisend settings. I am very grateful for Luiz' fast answers and help. It was very easy and my Omnisend works with my new website again. The best app ever! Thank you! ☺️

I have had some issues with Omnisend since beginning using it, from it's limitation of sizing (popups) to a few other things. But today, I put the account on a freeze to explore some options and better looks, and they charged me for the freeze and also charged me for the next month of service. Doesn't get much more corrupt than that. I reached out to support (which they make difficult) and go a non-answer answer of let me pass this to someone else. Taking this and the price increases into account. I would advise against using Omnisend anymore, but be careful how you get out. They may charge you more for leaving.

We've been using Omnisend emails for years and they are so easy to customize. Love the drag and drop! We've just started to use more marketing tools- such as automation and forms- and have found all of the help information very easy to follow. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support, too. Maria was especially helpful and patient with helping me learn new tricks and giving me links to relevant information. Thank you!

Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS is definitely a bonus to have connected to your store for solutions such as email & SMS campaigns, as well as automation. The platform is user-friendly and their customer service is great. Kayque from their support team was phenomenal in helping me solve a question that I had. He went above and beyond to follow up and provide extra tips.

Terrible experience with their bad service. They keep changing the agents when you have a question or issue with your account. And they are not trying to help or understanding your situation. I got a technical issue of sending email campaigns with all broken product images, they solved it after a couple of days without noticing me. I only found out myself. After talking to them, they did not explain what was happening and offered a 20% off discount to compensate. But the funny part is the 20% discount overwrote my existing 30% off discount applied on my account??? And nobody gives a good reason for it or was able to switch it back! Feeling so disappointed with the bad service and surprised by their way of dealing issue. Thinking of changing to another email marketing app.

I just wanted to give Omnisend support a big Kuddos SIia, Kayque and Baarath. I needed to switch my account over and they helped me through the process. I was more confused they they were. Sila created a video for me to see that everything was setup correctly. I can not be more happier. I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.
