The app for email mktng is the perfect match for my fashion ecommerce. The customer service is amazing, right away answers, best problem solving ever! Though, I am frustrated as I cant afford up until now the payment plan fixed at 127/month, maybe they could offer a starters plan with more than 500 emails/month and less than the payment plan. a lower/starters fee for up to 3000 or 5000 mails, to be increased as the ecommerce scales Highly recommended!

I love using Omnisend, because they have great customer support! Luiz helped me very quickly today. Their user interface is really easy to use, so it makes sending emails enjoyable. I don't have to spend time learning a complicated website, because it's so clean and straight forward to begin with. I feel like Omnisend isn't as well known as other email marketing websites, but its quite the hidden gem and deserves more recognition.

I've had the weirdest experience with this app. I installed this for my store a couple months ago, but haven't made any sales because I haven't done any marketing so I kept it at the free plan for months while I learned marketing. When I checked the analytics, I found that I have maxed out the email contacts that I can have... and I had over a THOUSAND contacts. Even though I only had around 400 website visits. I started deleting contacts, and found that more was added when I refreshed the page. It was a mixture of different kinds of email addresses, like @gmails and @aols and .txts. And when I tried to bulk delete them, Omnisend said that they would charge $2 for deleting them. This is extremely shady. Basically a dishonest tactic to get people to choose the paid plans by using robot emails. If Omnisend can't produce sales without resorting to unethical tactics, then it shouldn't be a company.

Excellent support from Beran and Luiz on team. Both were very supportive, efficient & patient and replied almost immediately to all my queries. I have installed this app 1 week back, currently in free version and exploring all its features. Its very simple and easy to use all-in-one app. It covers all the features needed for marketing purposes-email as well as sms. I really love the popups within the app, as they are mobile responsive. (Was struggling to find an app with mobile responsive exit intent popups). Also their app settings provided me with the flexibility I needed with my popups and it works great. To conclude, good app for a reasonable rate. Thanks for your support Omnisend team and I wish that in future you will continue with this good work.

If you want to donate $60 to them and not get anything in return, and I'm not the first one - (thinking about a class action lawsuit), install the software... and then talk to Robert who won't help you at all, he'll just send you pages unrelated to your requests.
