I have a newer shop, but Omnisend was one of the first apps that I added to my store and it has been incredible. The selection of automation they have is incredible, but nowhere near as good as their support team. They are so fast to respond, always available and have been extremely helpful with every question I have had. There hasn't been a single question left unanswered. Huge thanks to everyone on their support team that has helped me, Sanya, Dilara, Diego and Deniz! All amazing and went above and beyond. Grateful to have this tool to assist my business.

This app is absolutely amazing! Finally, an email marketing app that is packed with loads of different designs and elements and at the same time, so simple to use! I love it.

Fantastic app. Really easy to get started and fantastic-looking templates to start with. Support is great. Karine from the Omnisend support team was super responsive and provide the exact info I needed to help with my first campaign.

I tried multiple email apps before and Omnisend is the best. The support team is fantastic and their rate is more affordable than other comparable apps. They have all of the necessary features needed and creating email newsletters is easy. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Maria. She helped me set up a Zapier automation with helpful instruction via chat. Highly recommend! They are great for emails and support is terrific!

Maria was by far the most efficient Omnisend rep to work with! She sent me detailed instructions on how to resolve an issue that I was having with an attachment. She literally had me up and running within 15 minutes. I am a very happy camper right now because of her.

Amazing app with the best support team when you need it, Baarath was very patient, responsive, and helpful with my issue. I love how responsive the chat inbox is and I have no issues with creating campaigns, pop-ups and even integrating Omnisend with other apps that are also integrated through my store to increase optimization.
