We've been using Omnisend for a few weeks now, and so far have been very happy with its capabilities. It does everything we need, and is much more affordable than Klaviyo. I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. This used to be one of my favorite email apps - until they stopped providing customer service that's not an AI bot.

I am using Omnisend since around 4 months now and I can only highly recommend it. I find the user interface very friendly and intuitive. Very important for me is a complete and up-to-date documentation, which is also easily searchable - these are all qualities of the excellent knowledge base / help center of Omnisend. I find the pricing absolutely fair for the value Omnisend provides. I had to contact support only 1 time so far and they were very fast to answer and extremely helpful, providing a solution to the issue very fast. While i find Omnisend to be expensive, the support you receive is second to none. You speak with real humans via email and they are tremendously helpful. I just had a Domain query that was handled professional and quickly by Maria. Huge thanks!

I was having trouble with an automation email and Baarath was super responsive and helpful in supporting me to quickly make everything work again!

I have been loving Omnisend for all my automated emails and newsletters and their pricing is affordable. Their support is amazing, always able to solve my problem or at least find a work around. I chatted with Deniz today and he promptly solved my issue for me.

I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. Kayque was very helpful (and patient!) and stayed with me until I got it all figured out! Great company, great product, and great customer service!

Great customer support - fast response.

trash app, i will be switching to klavyio or something else. I currently have this for 3 stores but today was the breaking point. They always require some type of domain email verification and their support is garbage. Claim to reply in under 10 minutes but don't. DO NOT OVER PAY FOR THIS email provider, they are terrible.

Great support, had an issue with one of my templates. Maria responded quickly and fixed issue without hesitation.

Had a brief contact with Dilara with Omnisend's customer service team. The issue involved an error message and it was fairly complex. Dilara was able to diagnose and solve my problem in just a few minutes. The Omnisend customer service team was very responsive and fast. would recommend
