Omnisend transfers my e-mail data easy, the creation of a newsletter was simple and fast. The simplicity of linking my catalog directly to my newsletter made the creation of my newsletter so very easy.

Andivia Beauty I was excited to start with this app. I saw all the great reviews. So far, I have been unimpressed. It is not dummy-proof. I didn't know where to start to get setup. I fumble around for hours. Customer Service pointed me to over one hundred articles. All I need is one good article. Thank you. Finally, I made some progress in learning the app. I was making my first email campaign when I found out that Customer Service had no clue regarding the logo and picture dimensions of the templates. I thought. You must be kidding me. I would have to sit and figure out on PhotoShop what the sizes should be for the apps template. Should I make the sizes for the logo 150x150px, 1600x745px, 550x300px and so on. What app doesn't know its sizes for examples given so that you could just plug in your pics at the recommended sizes for templates. I must rate this app a 1 star so far

I really enjoy working with Onmisend App. Very user-friendly, lots of options to customize the campaign, forms, & Automation workflow. There are plenty of options and designs. Third-party integration is easy. Mobile-friendly templates. So far I tried Email Newsletter campaign, popup form & newsletter signup form. Hope this App will definitely increase my sales. I highly recommend this App.

Loved this App. I was scared at first but then I watched the Video and just Dug In and created our first Email Campaign. It's exciting!!! Thank you Omnisend. I plan to do a lot more with what you have to offer.

Omnisend allows me to send sleek, professional marketing emails to my subscribers with personalized content on the schedule I choose. I appreciate being able to draft and test my emails during the day but schedule the email to be sent at optimal evening hours. Omnisend also makes managing customer lists easy by collecting the information for you as well as allowing you to manually edit and add additional customers. Omnisend saves me time and the campaigns drive traffic. I'm very happy

We needed a replacement for Mailchimp. Omnisend is a very well design product. It has excellently integration with Shopify. Getting started is very easy as it has a clearly defined process to guide one through. The various pricing scheme also makes it risk free to try and to pay a reasonable cost as you grow. Our fist campaign can be up and running in minutes. Omnisend will be part of our setup with our Shopify store. The good thing is that we can continue use Omnisend even if one day we move out of Shopify – as Shopify is getting more costly and less cost-effective.

I used this up to run my first email marketing campaign. It was easy to use, and I liked the fact that the template allowed me to advertise more than one product. The only thing I would recommend is the option to link my marketing campaign to my Instagram business page. I only saw an option to connect my Omnisend account to Facebook, and not to Instagram.

This app is very intuitive and user-friendly. I love the live-chat feature because that means help is around all the time. Great app, definitely worth the investment!

I wish there was a way to just write a simple text design email pulling the products and text links, also there is a MAJOR bug! the product price is shown with a comma for USA instead of a period, so it looks like $50,00 instead of $50. Many people are on google and google blocks images in emails marketing. so i would like to test text only emails with hyperlinks imbedded thanks- bill

Omnisend is intuitive and easy to set up to get your email marketing going. For beginners, it offers a lot of out-of-the-box functionality for email streams that are critical to keep your customers engaged and loyal. I love it for that. The tool has awesome features like the product picker to help you showcase products in your emails. In my humble opinion, it could use some UI improvement to make it easier to select more than 1 product at a time. That part is too manual, I think, which discourages me from using it often. It's also not intuitive. I give their product picker 3.5-4 stars. They integrate with popular apps, none of which I use, unfortunately. I know they are expanding their integration portfolio and for that I'm happy. So I give integrations 4 stars. Their customer service is outstanding. They get 5 stars. They're quick to respond and very receptive to feedback on how and where to improve the product to keep clients satisfied. It's apparent they tie their customer's success with their success, and I like that. Overall, I give Omnisend 4.5 stars. So I'm rounding up to 5 because 4.5 stars is not an option.

Omnisend is probably easier than mailchimp. I was sad to know mailchimp was not being supportive anymore; however, I will never look back after trying Omnisend. www.acumetalfab.com

So far, this app has a lot more flexibility and ease of use. I can drag and drop coupons, etc. Also, having he option to save portions of an email makes it super time efficient.
