Very happy with this app so far! It was easy to setup and I felt comfortable the whole way through. Looking forward to doing more with it in the future.

I tried to send my first email campaign today - which is time critical - and when I tried to send it, it suddenly said my account is suspended. No information on that during the two hours I worked on the campaign. Also, no way to resolve this except email support. My emails were collected via opt-in, my store is GDPR compliant and running well. What else do they want? No idea. But my campaign for today seems ruined. Can't recommend this business. If you suspend people's accounts, you need better notification and resolution options. This isn't good enough.

This app is really intuitive and easy to use! The templates for email marketing are amazing and makes your emails look very professional.

This app was a tremendous help in reaching out to my customers in the most efficient and quick way. The setup makes customized email marketing so simple and stress-free! Being a business owner is surely a time consuming job, having apps such as Omnisend is a relief!

After about 2 weeks of using the app I can say I am very pleased. I've used the app to set up my pop-up newsletter form, automate my newsletter welcome series, automate my abandoned cart series, & I created my first campaign. The only thing I haven't quite figured out is how to segment my audiences.

Really easy to get set up and create various email campaigns. The drag and drop of various items like text or image with text makes things quick and easy and the layouts look professional.

Just starting out with the app but the customer service help has been awesome. They answered my questions quickly and with images which helped clear any confusion I had about the setup. 10/10 would recommend!

The UI is very clean with simple navigation. It is easy to jump in and start your first campaign. I had some trouble creating segments but their support articles are very thorough and helped me figure it out. I had the trial version for 4 months before upgrading as this has everything I need for sales funnels and email marketing.

Good app. Very functional. The only reason for a four star review is a past encounter with a customer service representative named Veronika. Veronika was rude despite my 2 years of loyalty with Omnisend. Veronika treated me, a loyal customer, like crap and randomly decided to raise my prices by 250%. I strongly recommend using Omnisend however do your best to avoid talking to Veronika. If she messages you, do not respond. UPDATE: Veronika is no longer working at Omnisend and therefore I have no complaints against this company. Veronika was a truly odious character however Omnisend fixed this problem.

I used this app. to send out an email campaign to my customers and it is seriously good. I have used many other apps. however none of them can even match Omnisend. Absolutely recommend it.

Have been using it on https://greenwhey.fr for months now, so far so good. Automations are easy to implement, design is great.

Shopify should never have let Mailchimp go. Omnisend is way too expensive and their offerings are poor. After exhaustively searching for someone that compares to Mailchimp, we have found none. So we have now installed ShopSync so that we can move back to Mailchimp, who we never had a problem with in over 10 years of being with them. If you google it, you'll see that using a 'connector' app like ShopSync is easy, so we have just done this and so far, it's great. It's worth a huge mention that we have several stores for the same product (different countries) and Mailchimp allow you to create a list for each country signups within same log in and same account. Omnisend require you to have different accounts and charge for each one, so it's super expensive. Omnisend popups don't really do much either...they are not really customisable and don't have a 'thankyou' page that allows you to display a coupon code. We had our developer try to fix this, and he was able to add the coupon code there but it did not align properly and was unreadable, and the popup function is not responsive, so whatever image you pop on it will not suit both desktop and mobile...it's just a jumbled mess. Justuno allow you to create for both devices, so we've remained with them. Justuno also connect really well to Mailchimp and we've collected thousands and thousands of sign ups over the year, to the correct lists with them. We should never have left Mailchimp when Shopify ditched them...we should have just used ShopSync in the first place and left it as it was.

This app is very user-friendly for those new to email marketing. I just sent out the first campaign to promote the latest release!
