I enjoy designing my emails in this app, much nicer than other email services we have tried. Everything is clean and simple, plus I can adjust the design elements that I actually WANT to change. The reports are great, along with the form options.

I thought this would have been super hard but it was actually easy. I'm glad I found this app. I really recommend you to get this app

I was using Mailchimp and I decided to switch to Omnisend because I thought it was better for Shopify (note: and it's more expensive). For the past two or three months, my sales have dropped, half of my customers don't get the emails, I had problems with the sync between other small issues. The support changes all the time so you never speak with the same person and every new person answers you a random answer. I asked to speak on the phone with someone in order to solve all this issues and they have no phone support. This app was a very poor choice.

I am adding ANOTHER Update as of Nov 5 2019, to my 5-Star review, because honestly these guys flat out deserve it. I had a Billing Issue, that I did not discover for 3 Months, and when I did discover it, and let them know about it, they showed 100% INTEGRITY and credited it back to me. Honestly most companies would hide behind some type of "Policy" or whatever, but Serge and Katherine and the support Team at OMNISEND not only did NOT do that, they did the right thing and continue to provide outstanding support. I have been using these guys since they were Soundest, and now in their new form of OMNISEND. I am Updating their REVIEW because they are added SO MANY great features that it is amazing. Personally I have found most Email Marketing platforms as "sensory overload", and it also took me 15 steps to remember that I had done previously. These guys have done a GREAT job of being VERY POWERFUL but making it easy for us busy Entrepreneurs. I have Enabled many of their awesome features, and still have more to do. This is my first marketing app and it was easy to downloand my products from Shopify and integrate into an email campaign. Can't wait to see the results.

Here to write a real review. Only on the second day of using this app for our startup business and we are impressed by the features and functionality of this app! Big ups Omnisend. I would enjoy some more advanced parameter settings in workflows and automation, so that is something we hope to see in future updates. Hopefully this review stays five stars! Thank you Omnisend!

The app is easy to use. The agents on chat were prompt and very helpful. The 30 day free trial I LOVE, and the price is right. For only $10 per month after a trial is pretty sweet and even the pro price is pretty cool too.

I like how this app allows you to send push notifications and more features, it is a great way to be engaged with your customers through email marketing and so much more!

Gives clear step-by-step instructions for information input and processes. I do not have a physical store, so the only thing I didn't like was that it requires a street and posts it at the bottom of the email page. Otherwise, great learning experience, integrates well so far with Shopify.

Great app a little pricey but defo as better than most I've tried, mail chimp was my go to before and now i have Ominsend

I thought this was a great app, I spent so much time creating my campaigns only to have the price raised every month. Don’t use this app or waste your time it’s a rip off and they increase the price each month. When I first signed up I agreed to $29 a month then the following month they raise the price to $40 without my knowledge after that they raised it to $60. I didn’t add any more emails or do nothing different to have these price hikes then they tell you oh we’ve added new features that’s why we raised the price. No thank you save your time and money. They also will have you create a positive review the first week then raise the price on you so don’t follow these reviews that’s only one day of service, I had a five star review before this post so it’s all propaganda. Read the one star reviews first this company is a scam. After they promised me $30 a month for a year they raised my price to $78

Really like Omnisend. Everything is integrated and the newsletter templates are very stylish. It's a step up from the other apps on the marketplace.

The app is great to create fast email campaigns that are appealing to the eye! Customer service is also great. When I contact them, they reply very quickly and can always answer all of my questions without hesitation. Their customer service line is 24/7 which is awesome too!

This is a really useful tool. We can now create mail campaigns easily and keep in touch with clients

I just moved from MailChimp to Omnisend mainly for the product picker. It's a great tool to easily select with a couple of clicks the product you want to promote. Product info, image and price is all shown (only in free trial and paid plans). The only down side is you can't save different lists, you have to segment them. But once I figured that out I was away. 5 stars.

I am fairly new to Omnisend, but I am already loving it. I have used Mailchimp for many many years so was quite disappointed when they decided to split with Shopify. I installed another app that would allow me to continue to sync my customer and ecommmerce information between Shopify and Mailchimp, but it just seemed like an unnecessary workaround that wasn't really ideal. I installed Omnisend and gave it a couple of months to make sure my data was all in fact syncing properly. Recently, as I was convinced I wouldn't lose all of my valuable data, I pulled the cord on Mailchimp and the bridge app and went 100% to Omnisend. I haven't had any regrets yet. I have contacted support twice to help with some minor details, and both times they were prompt, friendly and VERY helpful. The campaign templates are easy to build out, the automation is seamless, and the reporting and segmentation are already proving to be invaluable. I am looking forward to learning what more I can do with this powerful tool.
