It was a bit confusing to use at first but after a little time of playing with it you do get the hang of it.

This is got to be probably the world's most limited CRM software I have ever seen. First, they do not have embedded forms, only pop ups and landing pages. Second, you need to use an app called privy to create an embedded form. Third, privy sends your contacts to a list, BUT SINCE THEY DECIDED TO FREAKING REMOVE " LISTS" , YOU CANNOT EVEN CREATE A CUSTOM LIST ANYMORE FOR YOUR CONTACTS! 4TH, they charge exactly like klaviyo for what? what functionality do you guys have that klaviyo does not have? To summarize, they have a good interface design, and THAT IS ALL. I wish I had never made the move from klaviyo to here, its worth sucking up the horrible design interface on klaviyo but at least enjoy all the functionality they have. The limits on this app are embarrassing.

I used this app to set up welcome emails and to make an email campaign to send out to subscribers. It was very easy to use and had everything I needed included.

I use this app to help me communicate with customers and keep them up to date with new products and promotions. Very easy to understand and walk through by yourself. thank you guys!

We're still figuring things out, but so far so good! The interface is similar to MailChimp so the transition has been seamless thus far.

literally the best email campaign app for shopify. Highly Highly Highly recommend. Give it a shot, it's worth it.

I used to try to use klavio but it just gave me headaches honestly, with omnisend thigs where a lot more smooth and now i am actually starting to send email campaigns after just 1 day of setup. App is looking good!

Why would you remove lists. Now I can no longer use justuno pops. Its like you just purposely sabotage your own tool. Switching to Klaviyo unless this is fixed.

I had an issue with the billing : i have added some subscribers (4500) to test the tool for a campaign and then i didn't deleted it. I was charged 60 usd / month for 3 months before realizing i didn't used the service i was paying for. The customer service helped me delete the old subscribers (that i no longer needed) and refunded me for the 3 months overpaid. The app is good for marketing automation.

We just sent our first campaign, the app is interactive and easy to use, still, we have to see how it performs but for now everything is good. Recommend it.

Pretty app to look at but so far it's very confusing to use. I'm going to try another app. .........

So far so good, with the migrating over from mail-monkey because of the problems between Shopify and the monkey, I have found it easy to create workflows and set up the whole thing for automatic email marketing. Believe me, I'm a mechanic by trade and if I can set this stuff up, you should have no problem. It's easy and understandable and prolly worth the money you'll spend.

I used it to create my first newsletter for my shop it was super easy and I loved how I could easily use my own photos and edit the newsletter to tailor it to my style.

I recently added it to my store. The support is great and the app is user friendly and very easy to use.

I new user of this app, it seems good but will see how much it is useful. till now customer service is very good

so i just added this app, can't give 5 stars yet, as I'm not sure how it will help me, customer service has been great as somethings got a little confusing for a person who doesn't have great computer skills., you need to be patient in figuring out your template and design . overall so far so good!
