I run two Shopify businesses and I LOVE this app. It's so easy to use and it I get sales ever time I run a campaign!

I would like to thank Alex in tech support for walking me through some procedures that were confusing - at one point I threw my hands up and said I would have my tech support do it. Alex said "dont give up" we can fix it in 5 min - and he did!

Xenia dealt with my problem. Poor customer service, rude and unhelpful. Problem unsolved and left out of pocket.

so far so good! this is my first time sending auto emails and I have to say Omni made it easy and fun

i like this app. we change it and we use every day with a lot of new workflows. is very nice. thanks to the team

READ BEFORE INSTALLING: 1) No Phone Support; 2) SMS marketing tool was changed to subscription based. You will be charged for: a) amount of SMS, b) sending limits. It would have been OK but the system simply does not work well and support is not very helpful. For the amount they charge there should be phone support and WORKING solution.

We've been setting up a few automation emails and we had a few customisation questions. The support is very fast and efficient.

just recently downloaded the app. So far love it i just got the best costumer service from Oskar. Fast communication. 100% recomend them. If I keep loving it I'm download it in my 2 other stores. give it a try.

I love this app. It has been so simple to use. I don't have very much knowledge in the eCommerce world and this app made it so easy. Navigation in this app is simple.

Very simple to use, today i did in 30 minutes things where i spent hours before, thank you Omnisend!

I installed to test out the 14-day free trial and once the trial ran out, they extended the trial to me for another 2 weeks. Honestly, this automation forms that Omnisend sets up for you is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Way better than other email marketing apps out there in my opinion.

So far, so good! Needed a little help setting up the forms and the help desk replied in 10 minutes and had it set up 5 minutes later!

I had a lot of apps before but nothing is like Omnisend. The support is great, a lot of features and templates. Very easy to use!

Being new to ecommerce I just started exploring Omnisend's trial version and it is much more user friendly than any other app I've tried before. I am also very pleased with their customer support. Got responses almost immidiately and to the point. Looks like they've got one more customer :)

I recently selected Omnisend as my ESP and have been very pleased with the app and support! They have been responsive, informative and very nice. That is the kind of customer support we all need! Being new to email marketing, I loved the Intro videos they provide about setting up segments, automation, etc. They gave great tips! I am very happy I selected Omnisend as my ESP and look forward to learning more of the great features they offer.

I tried many other app before Omnisend. This is by far the most helpful! Their services are user friendly and their customer service is outstanding!!

amazing app, and amazing support! at the start i didnt understand how to use it, but after i try to use the support messenger, fast i got help and now i love it

I used this app for the first time today to create a new item release email for my new boutique. it was very simple to pull items from my webpage with out having to dowload and upload several images. Put together my first professional looking email, tested, and sent in all under 30 mins

Satan keeps telling me to go forward, so I keep pushing forward. Does it smell like ash to you in here? But honestly no bad experience!
