I like how easy it is to use and it has many features that I have added to my business. It has helped me set up my first shopify store

Better and clearer than Mailchimp. I think it is cheaper as well. I find myself able to create quicker emails, and it allows for automation. I can auto-tag people who sign up through a specific sign up form, which is GREAT. Downside... I cannot seem to be able to create a thin and trim email capture that could blend in with a page. All capture forms are big, or landing pages. We're working with it though.

I just started using this app, and so far the customer support has been A1, the app functionality is awesome too. Honestly can't believe it's free up to 15k emails a month along with everything you can do with it.

I had some initial issues with this app being a bit buggy. But the team at Omnisend had been responsive enough to fix them for me. So not bad...will continue to use and see how well this app introduces new features to make their customers stick with them. The only thing I will say they need to improve on is to have more variety of templates for their emails. Considering they position themselves as the marketing automation software for omi-channel retailers, and retail business is a very creative/visual industry so there needs to be more creative resources available with their email templates. Right now what they have is so limited and so bland.

I've tried a number of marketing apps and this one is my favorite. App is brilliant in so many ways. Instead of blanket campaigns and low sender scores... it delivers targeted promotions that are not filtered by the Internet gods! Their setup videos are really good as well. I particularly like that it goes much further by combining multichannel marketing in one app and data collection for shaping promotions that are effective. I can study how customers like to be contacted and send targeted promos. Google likes... which makes me like it! Software also segments customers into bite sizes that are manageable. AAA+++

I tried a few other apps previously. I must say this is by far the most user-friendly app! Omnisend helped me with a fast setup of an email workflow plus sent a campaign in a matter of an hour! Perfect for small business or start up who doesn't have a long email list yet. I enjoy how the templates are set in placed and you can easily add products to your email templates via the app. No need to upload images, copy and paste links etc!
