It was a great pleasure working with Amanda! Our integration is more complex as we have several stores, but she makes everything so smooth for us. Despite the time difference, between her team in Australia and us in the UK, she handled the communication very well. Without missing a beat, we were able to meet the project deadline! After the launch, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure the Okendo star rating synch up with Google Shopping, and gave us detailed guidance on how to do it. We wouldn't have done this without her and her supporting teams. We highly recommend Amanda and Okendo. Now our wishlist for Okendo is to be able to synch with Google search result too (in additional to the said Google shopping module). Thanks again Amanda for your stellar guidance

This app has been critical for Awake Happy as it’s part of the backbone of my business. The Okendo team is absolutely incredible and competent far beyond the norm. This team is going the distance. The rare combo that I don't often see is technical, detailed, with crazy good customer service. These guys have it. I’ve used Yotpo, Stamped, & Judge.me in the past and Okendo rules them all. I am a developer and look for clean, lightweight apps. This app is not bloated. The widgets are run very clean & this team keeps their databases/servers chugging along nicely. This company has done an impressive thing in a space that I didn’t realize could be vastly improved and at a lower cost than something like Yotpo for what you get. No brainer! Devon awakehappy.com

The Okendo app and staff have both been amazing. Very easy to use and work with and at a fair price, all the things you'd hope for in an app.

This app makes is super simple for customers to leave reviews and is great about having a format that encourages more thorough reviews with photos and videos. They have also been extremely helpful in guiding me through setting up the app and they also respond quickly in their help desk chat if I ever have an issue. For example, yesterday I needed help flipping a customer's review photo right side up and was able to speak to someone on chat who then had the issue resolved for me in under 48 hours.

Are you like myself: A million things to do and no time to learn from "manuals"? Okendo was the best decision we have made this quarter. Their Klayvio integration is seamless. We sent out an email to existing clients post purchase within a 1 month time frame. We sent to 6800+ and received 400+ reviews within 24 HOURS! The way Okendo incentivizes our customers for rewards, the way their UI being as enticing as it is makes you want to click, and the ease in learning the program, I wish I could give this 10 stars. A MASSIVE shout out to the team that made it possible Mor & Margaux. Mor, our first contact for sales who answered every question we threw his way. Mor, truly gave us MORE information which we were delighted to receive. Methodical and most importantly HONEST! Margaux, our onboarding chauffeur, using french because she's french, and like the french, she was creative, diligent, and persistent. From uploading our CSV, coordinating our companies theme, assisting in Klayvio integration, and answering emails in quick fashion. We started using Okendo Reviews a few months ago and it has been a great experience. The app works fabulously with our site. Our customers have been able to easily review or ask a question about our products. And it has been super easy for our Customer Service to process reviews and respond to any questions. Best of all the Okendo staff customized the look and feel of the reviews app to integrate seamlessly into our site. They've even done some big updates after we wanted some more tweaks. Their staff has been very supportive and helpful to any questions and issues we had. Great app, onboarding process, and response from their staff -- can't ask for much more from an app.

We started using Okendo 2 months ago. Our experience to date has been very positive. They provided excellent support during the implementation. Our side of the equation was relatively easy and done quickly then Okendo took care of the mechanics. They have provided excellent support throughout. Very timely and they have been happy to make whatever tweaks we requested to get the the reviews UX to where we wanted it. Definitely recommend Okendo as a reviews platform.

We looked a ton of review apps to help us accomplish our goal of increasing recent reviews through our internal site and google marketplace. Okendo offered a unique integration that helped us customize our widget to our specs and included attributes that our customers find very insightful. Not to mention, their support has been amazing. Our onboarding manager Allison was there with us every step of the way - quick and responsive to all of our needs. We switched over from Yotpo and have been very happy so far with the support and software. For a similar price point, I think you get way more features and bang for your buck with Okendo.
