I got this app because I was told it was needed. It actually is a very useful app. I can see the total movement of someone on my site. Every scroll, every page, every interaction. I couldn't get the app to ignore my movements, but Jena assisted me in making myself invisible. she is awesome.

Great App, really easy to use and the support is quick and reactive. I put 4 stars because the functionality of certain video playback functions is not yet good (skipping of non-active zones, video playback speed that resets each time, etc.). But otherwise, for tracking customer behavior and so on, the application is simple, practical and easy to use.

overall very clean app. does exactly what you want it to do. Customer support is awesome now 2 big things i have a problem with. 1: it doesnt work on mobile, so i cannot watch the replays on my phone which personally for me is a big let-down 2: pricing may be fine for many but for me personally, its a little steep and i simply cannot afford it mainly considering the dozens of other subscriptions etc i am purchasing for various other services.

Great app -- Super helpful to be able to analyse what customers are looking at, and areas of the website that can be improved upon. Great customer service. All around recommend.

We use the free version on our store and does what we need it to. Easy to set up and, we have spoken with Jocelyn and Emma from support who have been helpful also.

The app is absolutely fantastic!

It is not perfect but it is free, at least for my needs. There was an issue with the recording but the support team sortered out. It does what it has to do.

Das Tracking funktioniert relativ gut, bis auf paar Anzeigefehler. Der Support ist auch sehr gut, antworten schnell und haben auch schnell jemand da der Probleme beheben kann und das sogar im Free Plan. Die Preisgestaltung ist auch fair gestaltet.

I use it in free mode. Really interesting to be able to observe customer sessions. Quick technical service ;) !

Been using this for months and it's been a great help in improving my website and in fact it help me stop a "visitor" in action that copying my website. Really is easy to setup and use!

A game changer for my Shopify store. I've been having issues with Shopify not properly tracking my visitors. I'm so relieved to have found an app that not only tracks my visitors but shows me what they're interested in on my website and how to improve their user experience. Definitely one of the best apps I use for my store.

So far so good. Have just installed this app, so can't comment on the ongoing use of it yet. However it was super simple to install, and Joy on the support team was able to help and confirm that I had set it all up correctly which was fantastic.

Very useful and straightforward app! One notable thing is their excellent customer support – they reply promptly and assist every step of the way to solve your problems. I will definitely recommend it.

I have tried most of the replay and heat maps apps and Mida is one of the worst ones I have experienced. Here is why: 1. Transition between menu items are not fluid. 2. It sometimes shows double images (eg two exactly same buttons) on the replays. However it is not the actual user experience, based on our test sessions. 3. App is not fast enough, moving from one menu to another takes considreably long time. 4. You can create different views, but you cannot easily reach the cart values in the replays. 5. I could never use heat map, hope someone could. 6. They are sending a lot of emails, a lot of messages. If you don't want, you need to tell them directly (and after that they only send 4-5 emails). 7. They have a trial period, but be aware that this can end before you think (".") Overall I am not happy with this app and don't recommend to anyone.

Great app. Love the session replays in particular, that let me see real-time movement of each visitor within my store. The live chat support is also a very helpful feature!
