Super easy to install! It's super cool also how u can see when visitors come and leave your website and how they navigate. I highly recommend the app, especially if your looking to improve conversion

Amazed by the technology within this app, it allows me to reach out to customers directly whe they're on my website as well as view previous sessions of visitors to see where/why they left. It's a shame the app doesn't work on mobile so therefore need to be by my laptop all day to get the full benefit, but I'm told this will be coming soon

LuckyOrange is amazing at helping you to understand what your users / customers are doing on your webstore by showing their interactions, clicks, scrolls and navigation. Install is super simple and the interface is easy to use. I would highly recommend LuckyOrange to anyone wanting to improve their UX and UI.

After the Apple iOS update I was not able to track user activities in my FB Ads campaign. But When I found the lucky Orange App, I was able to track each and every activity of users. I was also able to check all the users live activities like where they clicked and where they left so that I can make relevant and most importantly right changes based on data. No doubt, Lucky Orange has saved me a lot of Money and gave me invaluable data like what device, location, time of user activities, heat map, recording of each user on a webpage. It helped me knowing where the problem is in the product page. i noticed a major part of my audience seeing at shipping and leaving and i choose supplier with less shipping time and replaced with lesser one and it given me results.

I have never written review for any shopify app so far, but I felt not writing for lucky orange is injustice. Its simply the best, exactly tells you where you lack. The things that you have-not focused but matters to customers can only be known when you see how customer acts on your site. Massive respect for its developers.

great and very professional app, it give lot's of insight in customer behavior. It looks like a look-over-the-shoulder functionality. We updated our checkout page due to the hesitating behavior of our clients.

Although I am still only on the trial period, this app is amazing and a must! The live recordings of your customers experience on the site have really helped me to see my site from a different perspective and I have noticed lots of errors or things that need to be changed, that I have not even noticed in the last year. I had to ask support for a question, that was answered so promplty.

This is the best app out there to track what customers are doing on your store. It tells you where a sale came from, add to carts etc. I highly recommend it.

Im very happy with this app and the team. In the beginning it didnt worked. But the team helped me very quickly. im now in the free plan but im sure that i will change it in the future when im succesfull.

Such a handy app, you can easily monitor your visitor's behaviours. You even can filter per action and view back recordings! Also the heat maps give a lot of insight about how visitors browse your website. Also the support is very reactive and helpful. Top service!

Excellent support! They react within minutes. I had troubles with Mozilla, but there was an ad blocker which did block the app. Now it is solved. BTW Chrome works fine.

This is an absolute essential must buy, every Shopify owner needs the power this product gives, the amount of data it gives you is remarkable. To be able to see a playback of exactly what the user did, not just how long they stayed on a page, did they see all the product photos, how long did the read the description for?, did they hop over to the delivery page? The list goes on, and that is only scratching the surface. Simple pay the money get it.

I have been using this app since 2015 on my first website, My Wedding Decor. In 2018 I merged that with My Event Decor. Three weeks ago I launched My House Decor. We had some bugs getting the second site to work at all, and then simultaneously and once it did, there was a short period when My Event Decor's Lucky Orange app was cancelled. I was very frustrated but Bradley came to the rescue, reinstalled it and actually made my life so much easier allowing me to toggle between the two sites on one dashboard. They really do care about your business and there really isn't anything out there that offers live customer tracking so you can see what page/s customers are on which makes live chat so much easier as you can anticipate their questions and make instant sales. I also like seeing, in real time, what pages newsletter subscribers click on. Lastly, seeing what sources customers come from - facebook, Bing, Pinterest, Google Shopping - and their locations, has proved invaluable as well. I'd definitely recommend Lucky Orange.

TERRIBLE ! I have been trying to open the app from shopfy since i installed and i was only getting ¨Logging out. One moment... ¨ The only way to acces the app was by google at your web page, until it started telling me my password was wrong, and when i try to directly open it from shopify boom , Logging out. One moment... a waste of time and a waste of space !

Excellent Customer service. They got right back to me and were extremely helpful. The overall layout is effective, allowing you to see a lot of actionable data fast.

This app used to be good. Lately the app developer FORCES you to go to there website to register and takes your credit card, then the app does not work. You send support request and you have to do many steps to fix it. Greedy app as they try to get money from you NOT ON SHOPIFY.
