Jonathan was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty app. We were missing the ability to use gift cards as a reward. This feature was available from our previous app due to a limitation from Shopify that was recently lifted. He pushed to get that feature implemented for us and it will be live for us next week! One thing I wish they would improve is the email editor. It could use a bit of a refresh as the default emails look really dated and the editor is really basic. Most of the emails can be sent via Klaviyo but it looks like the referral email can't. However, you can customize it to your heart's content if you know HTML/CSS.

During the sales process we were contacted on an almost weekly basis to get us to sign up. Since signing up, we've received pretty limited levels of support since the onboarding process was complete. When trying to schedule time for a quick call to walk through things, we get avoided and passed on to other people. Be prepared to figure this all out on your own if you do go ahead with it. We're left pretty disappointed, especially given the cost and will look for alternatives before investing too much more in this.

Lack of customer support. Super slow response time on live chat. Tried to get a hold of someone to help us get set up for a few weeks now. Few calls of mine scheduled on their calendars were cancelled on their end. We just want to cancel and still haven't gotten a hold of anyone. Horrible, just horrible. Yotpo has the same features at half the price. Can't wait to be done with loyaltylion app. Hopefully this negative review gets them to get in contact with me to help with cancellation.

Not a great start. We have installed the app and we are stuck on the onboarding screen which we cannot switch off. There is no "x" or "close" button. Chat support exists but they are replying very slowly and unwilling to help. It has been the second day of "using" or even not using the app and we cannot do anything.

Just launched our program and it was surprisingly easy. Our Loyalty Lion onboarding manager Jonathan McCarthy went above and beyond and provided more help and resources than we even needed. So far so good! We'll see how well it augments our profits in a few months from now but so far it's been easy, seamless with shopify, and our customers haven't had too many CS issues. We are happy to renew the new points program using Loyalty Lion. Our Strategic CSM, Hannah, helped a lot to give us advice. The app also offers many types of voucher and discounts, so that we can deliver variety offers to our customers. I hope more functions will be added in the future :)
