The app works well; however, the price increases have become ridiculous in the past few years, 20% price increase year over year for the "custom plans", it wasn't used to be like that, it got especially worse in the past 3 years. So, if you install the app with a custom plan expect serious costs increases year after year. Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. LL has been very well received by our customers, and most find it to be intuitive. It has definitely increased sales and retentio,n so mission accomplished. We consider this program to be a core part of our offering. Our support team loves how intuitive it is and how easy and fast it is to see where a customer is at with their rewards. Customizing and adding new rewards is very easy. Analytics are powerful and it is clear that this platform delivers a very positive ROI. I would love to see a more customizable dashboard for customers. I think there should be a landing page for sign-ups, hosted by the platform. It would be awesome if this app could be extended to reward affiliates. I would like to see more functionality like "double points days" so we could easily create campaigns that our subscribers would enjoy. This platform delivers. I love LoyaltyLion, they are absolutely brill! it's the best loyalty platform in the business, their onboarding is a dream - Sam & Freya are both utterly majestic and make me feel like the only customer in the world. I've just finished getting our loyalty program setup with help from the wonderful Reya at LL. We had a really tight turnaround (a couple of weeks) and managed to push it over the line just in time. We’re in our thirteenth year of business and the idea of bolting a loyalty program onto a busy Shopify store felt risky. Reya jumped in and proved we had nothing to worry about. She was patient through multiple delays in our go-live date. She updated the rewards-page code so it worked on both our current theme and the new one we’re building, slipped in the referral block, and cleaned up the tier table for mobile. When we switched from points to spend-based tiers, she reset the thresholds, and pointed me in the right direction for Shopify Functions to apply free shipping and discounts automatically. She handled large CSV imports, double-checked our program, and answered my morning emails before lunch. If anything needed adjustments, she had it updated the same day.
