Since then, we have experienced accelerated growth in our subscriber base and a significant reduction in churn rate. The native cancellation flows, reasons, and offers provided by Loop have been instrumental in addressing churn effectively. The entire team, from the CEO/founder to customer support, has been highly responsive and supportive. Loop customer service is absolutely top-notch. We were using another Loop competitor since we migrated to Shopify and there is no comparison here. From day 1, Loop has provided 'white glove' service to us. They helped with migration, navigated complex workflows, and helped us to do extensive testing to make sure our customers were getting the best experience. They even took the time to understand our business model and made suggestions on ways to help reduce churn and improve retention. I can't recommend this company enough.

It's been a great experience working with Loop Subscriptions. We were growing fast and struggled to have the right data with our old provider. That instantly changed with Loop. We were able to gauge exactly where our subscription program needed to improve, and the team at Loop helped us do exactly that. I highly recommend Loop.

This is the first subcription app I've used, but so far, I'm quite happy with it. I was migrating from a DIY solution and the team took time to understand my particular needs and provided a significant amount of very helpful support in the lead up to migration. The migration was painless - thanks to the efforts of that particular team. Since launch, perhaps the greatest value has been provided by the Support team. I'm continually asking questions and, regardless of the time or day of the week, a helpful response is never more than an hour or two away (often much faster). I've not given 5 stars, because there are some areas where functionality is lacking, or yet to be developed. If you are a vendor that sets your order schedule based on delivery (using an Anchor Day), rather than being based on billing, then there are some gaps. It feels as if this functionality (the ability to set the order schedule based on delivery) was rolled out, but then not fully implemented across the product to map the features/functionality available that exist for vendors who set order schedules based on 'billing'.

Loop is BY FAR the best subscription app on the market. The most robust, customizable and user friendly that I've seen. Also their support is phenomenal. They literally got back to me within 10 seconds of messaging them on their live chat. Manan was great. We just migrated from Recharge and the process was super smooth and pain free, and they handled pretty much everything. It was done within 1-2 days. Their staff was very responsive and throughout it all and they held our hand every step of the way, making sure all our questions were answered. Can't recommend them enough.
