This app is fantastic. The support is fantastic. And I like their overall approach. Kudos to founder Isaac. Highly recommended.

This app has failed at all levels. After about 2 weeks with this app and with support (which is just, meh) I am finding that this app literally does the opposite of what it is supposed to. Fist the support. There is support, but it takes a day or two to get back to you, even once you get started. I have been going back and forth with them because the items I needed to be hidden were hidden even after tagged from everyone. I was talking about in a search, not by just scrolling through the products. So when support told me that they were coming up by scrolling through the products I tested it and sure enough, there they were. But again, not when using the search. So then I opened up a separate browser and logged out and tested again that they would NOT show up, and there they were. So they don't populate in a search, which is what I need if the customer is logged in with the correct tag. And the items come up for all to see with no tag if they just scroll through the inventory. Now if they click on it it will prompt them to log in, however, there is my wholesale pricing for all to see. The reason for the second star is because they do have support. *Update* Removed second star because the support, even though it exists, is not that great. I ended up uninstalling the app.

So far so good. Just started using this month but I like it so far. I just sent the links out to customers so hopefully everything works.

We have used Isaacs app since 2014 with out issue. This is our stores best feature and provides excellent intuitive admin.

I love this app! It works just as it's supposed to (hides products that I don't want available on my store page) without negatively affecting my SEO. The guys at this company are very friendly and professional, helping me to get the app to work just how I'd like it to. Would highly recommend!

I've been using Locksmith for at least 3+ years and it is a ROCK SOLID solution! It gives us the effortless capability to password protect tutorial pages of our site, and even a protection at the front end. I love that it offers many different kinds of locks - and combinations. The service from the developer has been exceptional. Same day response every time - caring service with step by step solutions from Jed the last time. Locksmith is a five star very elegant solution, flawlessly executed - I give it my highest recommendation.

Performed as advertised, Customer service was extremely helpful. I wanted to lock all pages if customers were not approved and once they made a purchase, it was done easily.

Seamless install and easy navigation. I took a mental note to always disable passkeys before uninstall (if needed) - as that seems to be the primary complaint of other reviewers. Easily avoided. This app locks a specific collection or product on my shop and that's PERFECT to help me boost my email list - enter your email to gain access. Bam. Thanks!

We use Locksmith to provide a closed staff-only shop for our team. We have implemented a simple lock that allows only users with pre created Accounts tagged with access to connect. In addition it also limits by geo-location - we only want staff in one country to connect. If you READ the licencing policy correctly you will see that they have a fair policy. In our case we have a tiny number of customers, but need the bigger Shopify plan as we have a pool of people who sometimes look after Shopify. So we have been able to mix and match the pricing as we need. If we were running a higher volume store, we would accept paying more as the whole Shopify ecosystem is waaaaaaay cheaper than building a custom site from scratch!

I have tried emailing them twice as my product is sold out before the date and no one is replying. Now the shoe is gone ..

Super helpful app and easy to use. We have a page in our store that I only want visible to paid customers, and this does the job. I also use it for private listings.

We've been using this app for few days, we've lost more than 20% speed optimization on our site, even if we've deleted it like on their instruction... We've try to reach the customer support with 0 answer! We're pretty upset with this app and it f*** up our store.. not recommend at all!

Ive been using Locksmith for over 2 years now. Hands down one of the most innovative apps out there. It is so useful for us where we need products hidden from the store and from search results, but still possible to be access via certain methods! Locksmith is an integral part of our business. This app has really helped us segregate parts of our Shopify store for certain customers by adding access control. The app has been working flawlessly so far, and we thoroughly recommend it. I also want to mention that, just a few days ago, I contacted Locksmith about an issue I thought I had with their app that caused customers to have to log in twice. Much to my embarrassment, this issue had nothing to do with Locksmith. Following this, a nice chap called Jed, regardless of the fault being with another app, went above and beyond to investigate, and provided me with detailed information as to which one of our apps was causing this issue and why. Many app developers would simply say 'it's not our app that's causing it' but Locksmith are not just any app; they're there to help their customers, and they deserve recognition for that. Great work, guys!

This app has done everything that I have expected it to -and I love that it's not expensive. This app is a must when maintaining member-access that is time-limited. One thing that I would change... I wish that when it is time to select which product or page that I want to lock, that it auto-generated. My having to type it out, scares me because if I mistype, the lock won't work. To prevent this I copy and paste the product/page title from a different tab, but avoiding this would be great. Still though - 5 STARS. ITS A MUST APP THAT WORKS FOR WHAT WAS INTENDED. Thanks for a great app!

I think the app works fantastically! one thing I do wish was different was a "save" or "okay" button on the pop up window where you enter the password/criteria for a lock. I never feel like it's saving or not canceling my changes when I have to click out of the window and don't have a confirmation button.

We used this app to create a password protected wholesale site within the retail site. The support is excellent, highly recommend.

Works perfectly -- exactly what we need for our special member only sales hidden pages! Lots of customization options to allow viewing, even IP address viewing which is very handy. UPDATE: This app is absolutely essential for our flash sales every week and we are currently working on using it for our wholesale purposes. Thank you very much for this app!

I am using this app to hide products that I can't sell outside the U.S., since my international customers were getting frustrated to see something they wanted, only to find that they couldn't actually buy it. This app makes it easy to do, and furthermore, I love how it allows me to hide an entire collection without needing to manually hide each product within that collection. All in all, I've had very few problems with this app, and whatever problems I did encounter were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

The app works flawlessly. We have an online shop that requires certain sections to be password protected, and Locksmith does it all perfectly. Also, support has been really excellent and fast.

I used this app to create private viewing sections for my customers. I have created different access for different customers. It is great to create additional value. It also connects with mailchimp and klaviyoo but not ominsend. I wish it did. I would like to to allow access to say "people who purchased X" that would really help.

This app helped set up wholesale on our retail store site. There are areas in Shopify that it cannot block, but we could devise satisfactory work arounds. This saved us the expense of upgrading to the premium version of Shopify. Nice work!
