We have been working with Langshop for some time now, and we have been nothing but satisfied with them and especially their level of service. The app fits seamlessly with our backend and our day-to-day workings with the text on the shop. It is so easy to reach directly from the product/page we want to translate. There is hardly anything that we cannot translate and even with the apps that do not directly integrate there is a workaround that only requires a minimum of skills or coding knowledge – and if anything is slightly out of reach for our skills, the team at Langshop are great at helping. What is especially great is that no matter at one time of day or week we might have problem, someone always answers within almost minutes. This means that we feel safe that even if there should be any sort of breakdown or error happening, a team will be ready to assist us and make sure everything is running again. This is very important for us, and for us to feel safe using the app for such a crucial part of our website infrastructure.

Super app' ! L'interface intégrée à Shopify est très user friendly (même si un peu lente parfois). La possibilité d'utiliser l'API deepL est par ailleurs très utile. Les équipes sont enfin très réactives.

best translation app on shopify (it doesn't have a minimum or max word witch is perfect) and best customer service (they will reply within seconds) .

昨年から利用しています。他のアプリも使用してみたりして比較しましたが、機能も問題ありません。また、不具合があったときにはチャットサービスを利用していますが、本当に迅速な対応ですぐに解決に導いてくれます。（私は翻訳して英語でチャットサービスを利用しています。ご参考程度に。。）

Die App ist einfach nur Klasse. Die Nutzung ist sehr einfach und die Übersetzung geht auch sehr schnell. Außerdem wird alles perfekt übersetzt. Bei Problemen kann man dem Support schreiben und dieser hilft einem auch sehr zügig. Hier nochmal ein Dank an Max der keine Fragen offen lies und mir bei allem geholfen hat. Zusammengefasst kann ich nur sagen: Die App ist einfach nur super und der Support genauso.

Considering the recent developments of Shopify, I believe it is crucial to use an app that relies on native Shopify translation technology. This makes it simple to handle translation import/export and offers seamless integration with Shopify Markets functionality. AI Translate scores a perfect 10/10 on this front. The app's service is outstanding, with the team always available to provide quick and accurate responses to queries via live chat. They are also extremely courteous and helpful, earning them another 10/10. When it comes to translation quality, the app's "engine" and the availability of a glossary feature are essential considerations. As someone who wanted to utilize DeepL, I was pleased to discover that AI Translate not only offers DeepL but also Google Translate. For this reason, I give the app another 10/10. The app's user interface is straightforward and shares the same look and feel as the Shopify backend. It is very fast, which is rare for most translation apps. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I appreciate this design and give it a 10/10 rating. The app's pricing is fair and reasonable, considering the high-quality features and service it offers. If you wish to use DeepL, you will need to create a separate account directly with them, which I believe is an excellent approach since it eliminates any markups.
